Excellent house and host!

Stayed for a few days with my wife and kids. The host was very attentive, the house was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cochran’s Corner was the perfect place to stay. It was right across the road from beach access. The house was cute and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our vacation. Howard was very quick to respond.

Just what we needed!

This is a great property in a great location. Just across from beach access and we could see the ocean from the porch. The cottage gave us plenty of room and provided the extra details to make our trip perfect!

You couldn’t ask for better place to stay. Location was wonderful. Directly across the beach. Had three decks. Two of them we could watch the ocean.It had everything that you could asked for. The beds were comfortable.The host Howard was easy to work with and very nice and helpful.

Simplicity!! Beach access across the street, steps away from a great beach bar! It was great not having to bring beach chairs, umbrella, shovel, beach cart, boggie boards etc…they had everything we needed. Nice to be able to walk to Goombays for a meal and drinks also and not worry about parking the whole trip.

Beautiful getaway

We had a wonderful time at Cochran's Corner. It's a lovely home right near the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the multiple decks and watching the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all the amenities that we needed.

Wonderful week in the OBX

What a great home. It had everything we needed to fully relax for the week with the kiddos. Can't beat the location being super close to the beach. Also really nice being near grocery stores, mini golf, and lots of restaurants. Host was awesome and made the trip seamless. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Great family getaway

This super comfortable house was great for our family if four. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Overall excellent place to stay in OBX. House has everything you need. Close to the beach and many restaurants, too. Howard was very responsive to issues, which were outside of his control. Highly recommend 😊

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Cochran’s Corner! The house was very clean and well equipped for cooking, relaxing and enjoying family time. There was easy access to the beach right across the street, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cart to use - which was such a nice touch! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. We will definitely be back!

The way a beach house should be.

Fantastic trip to OBX. Great stay at Cochan's Corner. The house felt lived in, but fresh. Many memories have been made at that property and you could feel them in the atmosphere. Plenty of space to find a nook for some quiet time and a great living room to pend time together.

Cochran's Corner

This house is more like a HOME. I have stayed on the OBX for 45 years, and this house is at the top of our list for location, comfort and overall experience. Coming in November/December is fun, going to see Christmas lights, shopping, playing with kids at the playgrounds, taking walks. It was a fabulous stay!

Amazing space and location!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The location and space were perfect for our family. Also, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. He really went above and beyond! Do yourself a favor and book this place for a perfect beach vacation!

Great stay!

We loved staying here! The location can’t be beat (unless you’re paying for actual oceanfront). Worked really well for us to stay on main level and use the two upstairs rooms for the kids. It was so nice to have beach chairs/umbrella/cart available. Howard was great to work with (though we didn’t need anything because there were no issues!).
