"The property was lovely and well presented and in one of the most beautiful places in the UK. The host was very helpful with all my inquiries and was clear and straight to the point on check in and check out. Everything you could possibly need to use while staying here is in this house. "This a lovely chalet in a beautiful location....incredibly peaceful with fantastic views. It was more spacious than I expected from the photos and was very comfortable. The kitchen area is small and it would have been good to have bit more storage space for food. There's a great variety of walks in the surrounding area and I was happy to see otters nearby. "

"We were very nervous about this property because Expedia/VRBO did a horrible job of communicating check in .. instead of telling us to contact the host all they need to stay is that keys would be available. That barge is not pretty from the outside, but amazing and unique . Great beds, view of the harbor, and big shower are just a few of the cool feature. We had ducks and swans passing by our window all evening. The location could not be better, across from two good restaurants and a bar....

"The location was excellent. The house was well kitted out and had plenty of everything in kitchen living room etc. Had plenty of games to keep you amused. Local hotel was good and within 5 minutes walk. Shop nearby. Short distance to Portavadie and Colintraive that allowed access to ferries giving plenty of places to visit. Had amazing view and will hopefully be back next year. "

"We stayed over New Years for 5 days. About 10 days too short. Well appointed, cosy. Brilliant for self catering. Close enough to the town. Lovely walks. We’ve stayed in many places in Wales and Cornwall. This was just so nice. As Londoners it’s further away but worth the trip. We had 2 families here, plenty of space and enough room for the adults to get away, I mean allow the kids room for independent play. Hope we can revisit in the near future."
