  • Retreat to the perfect oceanfront sanctuary in our Kihei natural paradise! Whether with family or friends, alone or with a special someone, our condo will serve as the perfect base from which you can explore the island and enjoy the breathtaking views Maui has to offer.

    This cozy 661 sq ft condo is perfect for couples or solo adventurers seeking a relaxing getaway. Built in 1976, our condo offers modern amenities in a classic Hawaiian setting.
    Directly in front of the beachfront Menehune Shores condominium complex, there is an ancient Hawaiian fish pond, which the Honu seem to love! It also creates a natural wave break so the waters are shallow and calmer than the surrounding beaches - perfect for small children (and turtles).

    Living Room
    The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and features a large ONN TV. The space is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
    Sit back and watch Humpback Whales breeching in the winter months, outrigger canoes passing by early in the morning, and the local Honu (sea turtles) that have made this particular area home.

    Bedroom
    The bedroom boasts a California King bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. An efficient split system AC located in the living area and bedroom will keep you cool, especially on those days you may get a little too much sun.. A Samsung TV is also available in the bedroom for your entertainment needs.

    Kitchen
    Our fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a day of adventure. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee with our coffee maker and a selection of organic coffee and tea. You’ll find all the cooking basics and utensils you need, along with dishware and flatware to serve your culinary creations. The kitchen also features a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, and toaster, ensuring you have everything necessary for a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience.

    Bathroom
    The bathroom in our property provides all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. We offer complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and shower essentials, so you can pack light. A hairdryer is also available for your convenience. Whether you’re getting ready for a day of exploring or winding down in the evening, you’ll find everything you need to feel refreshed and pampered.

    Welcome to Kihei, Hawaii! Nestled on South Kihei Road, our beach short-term rental is in the heart of a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. Snorkeling and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and ecotours nearby. Here’s what you’ll love about staying in this charming part of Maui:

    Kihei has a dynamic energy with lively beachgoers and surfers during the day, transforming into a serene and quiet retreat as the evening sets in. The weekends bring a bit more buzz with local events and live music, especially during the monthly Fourth Friday Celebration, where locals and visitors gather for food, music, and fun.

    ➤ A rental car is recommended to fully experience everything Kihei has to offer. The property offers free parking for one vehicle.

    ➤ A more inexpensive alternative would be the “Uber” app, a local cab, or the Maui Bus that runs along South Kihei Road with frequent stops.

    ➤ Kahului Airport (OGG) - 19 min drive

    ➤ Parking is available for one vehicle right outside the unit.
    *High Season Parking Rules are in effect, starting December 15th through March 31st. Only One (1) parking space is allocated per unit during this time, including handicapped, no exceptions*

    Pool Closure Notice: September 9th through the 16th, 2024 the pool will undergo maintenance. During this period, the pool will be closed to ensure necessary repairs and improvements are made. There may be some noise associated with the pool maintenance.

    While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

    1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

    ● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
    ● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
    ● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    ● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

    2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.

    3. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

    4. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9:00 pm and before 8 am; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

    5. Parking:

    ➤ Only one full-sized vehicle per unit.
    ➤ Vehicles must be parked within the lines.
    ➤ Registration is required within 24 hours of arrival.
    ➤ Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

    6. Pool Rules:

    ➤ No lifeguard on duty; Swim at your own risk.
    ➤ Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
    ➤ No running, yelling, or playing games like Marco Polo.

    7. Plumbing:

    ➤ No flushing wipes, diapers, hygiene products, etc.
    ➤ Any plumbing misuse will result in a charge for repairs.

    8. No parties or events allowed.

    9. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.

    10. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

    11. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

    12. No smoking in units, lanais, or common areas.

    13. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. You will be charged $450 if evidence of smoke and smoke smell is found once you check out.

    14. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

    15. Late checkout must be secured at the time of booking. Late checkout will be charged 50% of the nightly rate plus taxes.

    16. No pets allowed. A $600 pet fee, plus any additional costs for damage will be imposed if evidence of pets are discovered.

    17. Do not move the furniture.

    18. Do not do your laundry with ours; please always wash and dry your belongings separately from our linens.

    19. Wash all sand off before entering the building and or home using the hose outside.

    20. Beach Towels: There are beach towels in the unit and or in the home for your use at the beach; Please do not use the bath towels outside the unit. Please REMEMBER to bring the beach towels back to your unit. You will be charged a replacement fee for any beach towels not returned.

    21. Please refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the balcony railings on your lanai.

    22.Trash Disposal and Recycling:

    ➤ Bag all waste and use trash chutes.
    ➤ Recycling available for certain items (cans, glass, plastics).

    23. KITCHEN: Keeping the kitchen clean and food/crumbs cleaned from the counters is important. Please store food in the fridge or airtight container and REMOVE TRASH daily.

    24. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

    25. Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil or lotion on. We ask you please do not spray sunscreen inside the unit or lanai.

    26. Please do not interchange items belonging in other units.

    27. Please leave this unit and or home as you found. If there is any damage or any items are missing you will be charged

The location and the view were excellent. The condo was very nicely furnished including little extras like wireless chargers. The host always responded within minutes of my texts. I will definitely plan to stay here again.
