Spring break

Beautiful home in great location

This was an amazing home to stay in. It is close to a variety of beaches and restaurants, and we enjoyed being in the heart of Wailea. The home itself was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, laundry)

Enjoyable stay

This townhome is a real gem. The floor plan is open and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The showers were good with fast supply of hot water. The grill was clean and functional. Everything was in good condition. There is an elevator which was an asset. The townhome is located within one block of the pool and gym and 4-5 blocks from Wailea beach. A small grocery store is across the street and Kihei, which has more stores and restaurants, is a short 10 minute drive. The garage is a one-car stall but a second stall is available about 25 yards away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided: The owners provided beach chairs and sun-brellas. CB vacation rentals provided beach towels. While there is not an ocean view, the lanai is nicely surrounded by small trees and plantings. One previous review commented on white noise from the main street, which is correct, but bird songs can also be heard and we did not find the white noise to be a problem. Our group ranged in ages from 2 to 80 so the garden view location near the resort entrance was ideal from an accessibility standpoint. If you have small children, my only caution is that the stairs are marble tile and too wide for a child-gate, so parents would need to keep watch on little ones near the stairs. The CB staff were friendly, professional and accessible. We would like to come stay again!

Family Vacation

Beautiful area and beautiful house. Easy walk to beach and shops. If your looking for a safe area in Maui to stay this is the best place. House was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The property was big enough for my family of 5 adults and 3 little kids. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping. We were very comfortable and the property manager Coldwell Banker was the best. It was easy to communicate with them. The villa was very clean.

Amazing family house

Amazing stay! We planned a family trip and the location and property were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beaches and the kids loved the on property pool! We’ve stayed at the Grand Wailea before across the street and this house rental was so much better!!!!

Beautiful and the best location

This property is stunning. What was really fantastic, in addition to the quality of the property, is the location. We were able to walk to multiple local sites, including one of the prettiest beaches, multiple stores and outstanding restaurants. And the property is centrally located so everything that you want to do on the island is easily accomplished.

Relaxing in style!

We LOVED our time at this property! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings and decor, and the layout is conducive to family meals and movies. It is close to the beach and we loved our daily walks along the beachwalk and daily dips in the gorgeous water. It is convenient to everything! We would stay again -- this was a great springboard for a memorable family vacation.

Stunning Property

Maui is our favourite destination and we have been several times over the last twenty years. The property is the nicest I have stayed at in Wailea. It was absolutely stunning and had an abundance of space for our family -both to have our own space as well as to hang out together on the lanai or in the main living area. . We particularly enjoyed the location as it is closed to the wailea walking path. As well, our adult children liked the pool and spent lots of time enjoying it. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. So blessed!!

Gorgeous, relaxing Villa

A wonderful stay!

The condo was very comfortable for our family with all different ages. The condo was very well appointed with all the cooking utensils/appliances and every kitchen gadget imaginable. The unit was terrific, spacious, very clean, the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Short walk to the beach but far enough away that you are not in the craziness of the beachfront hotels.

Very well equipped, clean, and spacious.

The house is exactly as shown on the listing. The kitchen was equipped better than any house we have rented. The beds were very comfortable. I wouldn't change anything except for the road noise from the nearby street.

Comforts of Home

We had an outstanding time at this property. It is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Not many people at the pool, which was very pleasant. Great place to stay during COVID because we had minimal exposure to others. I really enjoyed sitting on the lanai. One of my key factors in selecting this property was the furniture appeared to be sufficient for the group and looked comfortable. And yes the furniture was comfortable. The unit is well stocked with cooking equipment, coffee makers, and a blender. I would definitely reccommend staying here.

Spacious, Elegant, Beautiful Condo in Amazing Maui Surroundings

We celebrated my wife's 60th anniversary with our two adult daughters and the two men in their lives. This condo was ideal for our needs. The three bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom suite is incredible -- it could be a comfortable condo all by itself. The kitchen is spacious and has all the elements one needs to prepare and serve delicious meals (we prepared most of our meals in the condo's kitchen during our stay, eating out very little). The ground floor sitting area and lawn is beautiful, and the second story wrap around balcony was a favorite hang out place for breakfast coffee and after dinner drinks, snacks and discussion. The one car garage comfortably accommodates a Suburban size vehicle (which is what we had), and the garage storage room has all the things you need to have fun at the beach (we used most of the offered items). A great beach is a ten minute walk and several more beaches a just a few minutes drive. There is great shopping and golfing nearby. There is a nicer grocery market close by and a Safeway a few miles away. We went snorkeling at Molokini using a company that loaded at a beach about fifteen minutes from the condo -- very convenient! There were a couple of hiccups during our stay: we were there on the Fourth of July timeframe, and the condo shares a wall with a main highway that was pretty busy (and loud) while we there. The outside gas grill never worked properly, a problem we think with the built-in gas line. The exhaust system for the indoor grill did not work until our last day (maintenance was very responsive and came out twice to try to repair the grill and exhaust systems.) And a small detail -- the master bathtub fills from a faucet in the ceiling which results in a very loud water sound in the early part of filling the tub -- no baths after other folks went to bed! We regarded all of these hiccups as no more than small annoyances that did little to detract from the incredible experience we had. My wife, daughters, and I have done a great deal of traveling and stayed at some amazing places -- as a group we voted this condo and our experience in it as ranking in the top three vacations of our lives. If you are looking for a place that is spacious, beautiful, elegant and a perfect place to get away from the world or to act as a base for a wonderful Maui vacation, this is the place! It was well worth the price! We thank the owners for sharing their beautiful Maui property with us.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us. The check- in process was very easy as well. The only issue was that the vent on the stove does not seem to be working, so when we did a little cooking, (bacon) any smoke would gather, and the smoke alarm went off. Everything was very well-equipped. Lots of cookware to make things very easy. Wonderful stay! Loved the beach, pool, and all the restaurants and shopping nearby.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfortable condo! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds and furniture were in nice condition and very comfortable. One improvement would be to add a dresser or shelves unit to the second floor bedroom closet so that clothes can be unpacked more easily. The pool and the beach across the street are an easy walk from the unit, and chairs and umbrellas and nice beach towels were provided. We hope to be back one day!

Excellence in every way.

The reservation process was easy and the description of the property was accurate. The checkin was smooth and the information given for checkin/checkout was clear. The only thing we found a negative was when we went across the street to use the hotel's beach. We were told that beach usage on applied to certain units and our unit did not apply. We made lemonade and went to a beach down the road. We want to come back and stay with you again. Mahalo for making everything PERFECT. Linda King
