Everything was amazing! Cloy is a wonderful host and his studio had everything you needed. It’s in a very convenient location right by the beach and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Very Comfortable, Clean, Quiet, Convenient to walk to beach, Super market, the food trucks in little park is Great and shopping. Very Nice Location. Easy instructions the Owner/Host Very Nice! There was a Discrepancy on price Vrbo had listed unknown to Host but she honored it. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of price on the listing before I booked it for proof of price I’m glad I did because, they over charged me at checkout. it was a long hassle over the phone with Vrbo to reverse over charges and it still wasn’t going to be reversed tell I told the agent I wanted her email to send a screen shot of proof of price listed. A person Shouldn’t have to go through that when Vrbo knows darn well and can see the listing in front of them makes themselves look Unprofessional & Dishonest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, close to great food trucks and restaurants, which made exploring easy and fun. The space was comfortable and well cared for, and Cloy was a kind, attentive host who made everything smooth. A wonderful place to stay in Maui.

Husband and I came for a get away. We don't need a lot when it comes to a room. This studio was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, access to grills to cook, walk right across the street to the beach, walk to restaurants and foos trucks were plenty. If you want to get away from the high priced hotels with all their fees, this is the studionto secure. Unexpectedly met the host and he was very kind. He is also very responsive and helpful! Not sure if we will get a chance to come back, but if we do, we will look to see if this studio is available. In my opinion, it was worth it!

It was our first time staying at a studio like this and we loved it! Definitely will do it again. The location was great and easily accessible to the beach and lots of food trucks! We loved our stay here! The location was prime walkable to tons of food spots, close to beautiful beaches, and near the resorts too. The place was super cute, clean, and perfect for two people. Beach chairs and towels were a nice touch and came in handy. Check-in was a breeze, and overall it felt like the perfect spot to explore this part of the island. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay by the beach

Had a great experience in this studio! Check-in process was super smooth, and the location of the condo is close to a lot of beaches and great food spots. Cloy is also a great host -- he's super communicative and when there was a tsunami warning (obviously something out of his control), he proactively checked in on how I was doing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Gem by the ocean in south Maui

Cloy's property was the perfect place for us to stay during our first trip to Maui. Its a small studio in an old building right next to South Maui Gardens. The place was clean and everything was in working order. The unit contains a portable A/C which was perfectly adequate even in the middle of summer. But the real star of the show was the large walk-in shower, which is something you don't typically find at this price point.The location was also great. We often started off our mornings eating breakfast in the Gardens (they also have a Hula Show and a bird stand), before setting off on our adventure for the day. The beach park across the street is great for a morning stroll and features views of two nearby island.It was a great experience, and we would gladly go here again.

Perfect for our honeymoon! A cute little studio apartment, equidistant from just about anywhere that you can visit! Super close to great beaches and restaurants. The host was prompt, kind, and helped provide us with a wonderful experience! It also comes at a great price! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and price

I would like to be in walking distance from the beach and all sorts of restaurants and entertainment, I recommend booking with Cloy in the middle of Kihei. It’s been a fantastic trip to Maui and Cloy has always been communicative towards any questions I had. Great amenities such as chairs, umbrella and towels for your trip to the beach as well. I recommend anyone book in this great room.

We had a lovely stay in Kihei, and this property provided a comfortable and centrally located base for us to explore Maui. We particularly liked the proximity to food trucks at South Maui Gardens and grocery stores, as well as local beaches (Little Beach in Makena State Park was our favorite). Cloy, the owner, was very responsive, and his place was well appointed with essentials for making a Maui visit as wonderful as it could be. Two thumbs up!

Super clean!

I am a neat freak and this place was the most economical within my dates. Very well cleaned, comfortable bed, working ac, clean pool, easy to follow rules, easy check in and out. Working elevator, plenty of towels, beach gear, paper products, and trash bags. I felt at home! Found a bug and almost went nuts but we killed it and didn’t see anymore. Great communication from host , plenty of hangers and rugs. Big enough bathroom and plenty of space to store items. Near plenty of food choices and 7 min walk to grocery store. 15-25 from kam 1-2. Perfect for my stay.
