The views from this condo are amazing! The penthouse units are farther from the main pool and beach but we think the walk is worth the trade off for the view. The kitchen was very well equipped and having two refrigerators is great especially for a week stay during the holidays. We had a property manager we could contact with any needs or questions and upon check out we did provide her with a list of small maintenance suggestions that needed addressing, however none of the items prevented us from having a five star experience. We have stayed at WBV many times and always seem to have issues with each unit, most likely this is due to their age. Helen is a very thorough and gracious host!

Our villa was very clean and beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. The staff on the property was extremely helpful and courteous. The location can’t be beat as it’s a short walk to the beach and The Shops at Wailea.

This was our third time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas- we love it here! We had amazing ocean views, all the comforts of home, and great access to Wailea beach and shopping. All the staff are friendly and helpful! We hope to be back in the near future.

This is our third time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas and each time it does not disappoint. The villa is very beautiful and spacious with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach out the front and shop/restaurants behind. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation here, with our 11 year old and my parents. Easy access to the beach, which was a quick stroll through a gorgeous garden with waterfalls. Friendly & efficient beach attendants provided lounger, towel, and umbrella setup on the beautiful Wailea beach. We rented snorkeling gear and explored a great reef right from the beach - saw 3 turtles while snorkeling, plus they swam near the beach every day. Went to the family pool in the afternoon with chairs, umbrellas and pool/hot tub. Adult pool was beautiful too though we didn’t spend time there. Everything was extremely clean and well tended. The property is even better than the photos. The condo is wonderfully appointed & maintained, finishes are high end, beds & linens are top notch, views from penthouse building are incredible. No noise from surrounding units. Highly recommend for a private & relaxing getaway with easy access to shops & restaurants.

The communication with the owners was great from the very beginning. Her follow threw before we got checked in was great and always responding quick. The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. The place was so clean, very organized everything, anything you need for in the kitchen is there. Cleaning people came in every week which that was a plus. The views from the unit were incredible, If we had any issue the engineer would be there right away. The concierge was very helpful and got to do a lot of things. Looking forward to being back soon. I would definitely recommend this place and I do have high standards which they were all met. Thank you,

Highly recommend for families who want or need more space than a traditional hotel room but want to be pampered with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, the service amazing and the home was appointed with everything you could ask for.

We loved this unit. Everything we could have asked for was provided. It was simply beautiful.Beautiful condo. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and soak in the beautiful view. Helen was such an attentive hostess and answered every question I had before our arrival. She was great! And the welcome basket was a lovely thought. I can’t recommend the penthouse enough. I’m just sorry we could not have stayed longer!

This was a dream vacation rental. Helen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with! The Wailea Beach Villa staff were also very friendly and attentive. And the Penthouse is beyond gorgeous. We were speechless when we walked in! We arrived at night so when we woke to the Ocean views; we were in heaven. Our only complaint was we didn’t book it longer. Next time we will plan a longer stay. This was the best way for my husband and I to celebrate both our birthdays with our 3 kids! Thank YOU!

Excellent unit, with a fantastic view. Short walk to an amazing beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the property it's self, was awesome. Right next to the shops at Wailea with gate access from the property. Will be returning for sure.
