Our host, Emily, was welcoming, in touch by text well in advance and met us at the property.The accommodations were absolutely beautiful - well decorated, bedding and towels were high quality. Everything about it, was perfect. The view and the grounds were gorgeous.

Family Wailea Vacation

This villa is beautiful! Panoramic views and large rooms make it comfortable for multiple couples - we enjoyed watching whales while having morning coffee. Best location for beaches, restaurants and activities. Staff extremely helpful. Pools are beautiful and grounds lush with plantings. Will definitely come back!

Incredible Support & Comfort

Allison, Luxury Manager from the Coldwell staff, was unbelievably helpful in getting us checked in, and helping to accommodate some special needs for wheelchair storage.The rental itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the listing. The Beach Villas are a stones through from the shore, and the resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.If you are planning a stay on the Kihei/Wailea side, I would recommend this rental.

Absolutely amazing

Truly a gorgeous property. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. They had scaffolding (very partially) obscuring the view the first few days which they weren't expecting, and reached out to give us a reasonable discount for the days the scaffolding was up, which was appreciated. Stayed with 2 colleagues; very easy, lots of space. Already planning to stay here next year!

Home away from home

Thank you for a great stay! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at some pretty nice places before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and of the laundry appliances. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The view was incredible, we saw the loveliest sunsets from our lanai. The beach was great and so were the pools. I only wish the family pool was closer to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in Wailea many times and at this property(not this unit) before as well. It was almost perfect with the exception that my wife would like to see bathrobes . Whatever . It was perfect.

Pre-wedding week in Wailea

Our family flew out a week in advance for a wedding we were attending, with events at the Andaz and Makenna Golf and Beach Club. We loved the location of the Wailea Villas, and this unit was nicely furnished and outfitted. Morning coffee on the lanai was a treat! Our family is all over 18, so we appreciated the Adult pool. The villas are perfectly situated on the walking path for lunch and the spa at the Four Seasons and to the Andaz for the Welcome Party. We loved the access to the Shops at Wailea Village too! The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. We will be back!

We loved the exercise, but if stairs are a challenge, getting to and from the beach without cart help may be a challenge. Managers were super helpful and responsive. Beautiful place!

Paradise Perfection!

We loved our stay so much. The Wailea Beach Villas are unmatched. The views from this particular unit are stunning - we didn't want to leave! The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever stayed in via a rental property or hotel. Lots of space and luxury living (I want that master closet!). We loved the convenience of a short walk via a gate to the Wailea Shops, the playful beach below with complimentary umbrella/chair setup (definitely worth tipping for), and a short drive to Big Beach which is one of our favorites. The assigned parking in the garage made it low-stress and simple to come and go. The staff is friendly and helpful and just make everything feel so easy. The adult pool overlooking the ocean is sooo relaxing (but be warned it is truly for adults, no kids/teens allowed). The family pool is located higher up on the property, near the fitness center, which is also well-equiped (one Peloton bike with cages, fyi). Clean, bright, happy, and such an incredible way to begin our trip! We hope to return to the Wailea Beach Villas and this unit specifically!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit within Wailea Beach Villas, one of the 2 or 3 best as far as location goes within the Penthouse building. Having parking right next to a semi-private elevator is very convenient compared to resorts. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and never gets old. The unit is huge with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The furnishings are in great condition. The resort is relatively uncrowned so finding chairs is never an issue and the pools are pretty empty. Access to the beach is simple and close and having chairs on the beach is nice. Walking path to other hotels is great. Having the Shops right behind the property is so convenient. While not inexpensive it is worth the money. Management company also very efficient.

We’ve been coming to Maui for over 20 years….best stay ever!!

This was our best experience in coming to Maui in more than 20 years of doing so. When we arrived they met us at the front desk and escorted us to our room. When we walked in we were amazed that it was even nicer than the pictures. They showed us around and explained all the details of how everything worked. First class all the way. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning!! Lots of small details from all the batteries in the candles being fresh to a bag of ice in the freezer to having cleaning pods for the washing machine and a beautiful gift basket of snacks…all the details so we could jump right into enjoying ourselves!!! The staff was amazing and so very pleasant and helpful!! Another nice feature was the parking garage under the building with a private elevator to your room! And the location is incredible.., the Shops of Wailea literally just steps away.., and the beach path is just steps the other way!! The pools and facilities are beautiful. The landscaping is a piece of art!!! A true five star experience all around. We will be back!!
