Great condo

We loved this condo. The bedrooms are large, so the kid who was sleeping on the pullout couch still had plenty of space in the primary bedroom for all of their things. It was clean and super well stocked. We had everything we needed for a few simple meals throughout the week. I can’t think of anything we needed that we did not have at our fingertips. The hosts were in touch and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Wailea

Everything about the experience was fantastic. The communication with the owners was efficient, timely, and they provided lots of good information prior to arrival as well as within the condo. The condo was perfect, very clean, and well stocked. We ended up making three dinners and a breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were great. My wife loved the decor stating that there was something on every wall that made her smile. There were plenty of books and games provided to keep everyone entertained. Our family and friend loved both pools on the property, with one being right outside the lanai. Very convenient to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and the amazing beaches.

BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in with the most welcoming, kind owners. From the moment you drive into the complex you know that you are staying in one of the nicest, safest, gorgeous places on the island. But the unit is the best part as it is located close to the parking spot overlooking the family pool surrounded by large tropical trees. We felt so relaxed and made this our home away from home. The owner communicated regularly before and during our stay and everything inside the unit was excellent quality. We especially loved the comfortable beds and 3 A/C units. Highly recommend for families.

Trip of a lifetime

We're just settling in from being back from the absolute best 10 day vacation we have ever taken! I am so thankful we were able to find this renewal at GC41 as it worked perfectly for my family. I have very high expectations for rentals, after traveling for so many years, and this one truly exceeded every expectation. The communication with Jessica before, during and after was wonderful and extremely helpful! The condo was exactly as described, if not better, and fit our family of 4 perfectly! The condo is well stocked with absolutely everything you might need for your stay (including scissors)! The first trip to the grocery store for the household items is always the most painful when on vacation, and we didn't have to do that with condo stocked with all the necessities (and high quality). The location was ideal for our home base, allowing us easy access to shopping, restaurants, a quick drive to the beach and just off the main road to all our sightseeing. There is a great guide on how to use all electronics, as well as a wonderful guide with personal feedback on restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. We had such a wonderful stay, all starting with our rental with Surfer Boy Properties, and we can't wait to share our experience with others!

Fabulous stay

Had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo is perfectly located, it is close proximity to many beaches and shopping. Grocery store 20 minutes away which was perfect to pick up necessities. Very nice grilling and pool area. The condo was better than expected. The owners always responded within minutes to any inquiries. If we go back to Maui, I would definitely rebook with them!!!

Fabulous Condo with all the bells and whistles

The condo is fabulous! Super clean, stocked with everything and more that you need. The beds are comfy, the showers are fabulous.......i love a good shower :-) The owners are SO kind and very accommodating. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy Maui and the beautiful condo!

Absolutely beautiful!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful condo, it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was excellent, close to everything you would ever need! The condo was stunning and you could even enjoy beautiful sunsets right from your lanai. The owners were so helpful and kind and really made an effort to make our vacation the best it could be. We would absolutely recommend this condo and we will be back for sure!

We recently stayed at this wonderful vacation rental and it exceeded our expectations! Awesome Stay!

Absolutely looks exactly as pictured! I have used VRBO many times, and I have to say this and only one other condo I have rented has been exactly as pictured! Owner's definitely have pride of ownership and have taken care of this condo. Communication was excellent when we had a couple of questions prior to our trip. Everything was so streamlined and easy...from access into the condo when checking in, to parking passes and the condo was stocked with just about everything imaginable! We so appreciate the beach chairs, beach towels...and even coffee pods/ and tea that was available when we ran out of our own on the last day! Wailea shops were close, as well as many restaurants. We really enjoyed taking a walk down to the beach walking path each morning and would walk about 3 miles round trip each morning (though the walking path is super close to the condo).Would recommend this condo highly!

My husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 yr old toddler stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful condo with a ton of amenities. The large patio and loungers were my favorite, and I enjoyed a glass of wine every night on the loungers in peace, lol. All the kitchen equipment /utensils were available. Puzzles and games for the kids were a hit and the beach box outside was a huge bonus. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs, soft cooler, and my toddler was so excited about the sand toys. Great hosts with excellent communication and recommendations in Maui. Looking forward to staying here again.

All the Things!

Convenient to EVERYTHING! Pool and grills literally just below, parking spot right out front, Best of best BEACHES, coffee shop and all the best restaurants. We had a great time and the condo is very well kept.
