Wonderful!

I cannot say enough about this villa and our experience. The villa is beautiful, the location is perfect and the service was excellent. We loved our private plunge pool and being steps away from the quiet adult pool. This unit is also very close to the beach, where they will set up umbrellas and lounge chairs for you. The beach itself is lovely with soft sand and clear water. Sea turtles would come visit every day. Another huge plus for us was that the property was within walking distance of the shops at Wailea. It was so easy to go to dinner, shopping, or lunch without driving anywhere.Finally, working with the Coldwell Banker vacation staff was top-notch. They exceeded our expectations with helpful and expedient communication and service before our trip and throughout our stay.Would love to return again and again. Thank you!

Amazing place but some communication issues

My experience at this villa was nearly perfect, thanks to its immaculate condition, breathtaking views, and unparalleled beach access. Every morning, the sight from the villa was a serene start to the day, and the easy access to the beach made my stay exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The concierge service was also noteworthy, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout my visit. However, a notable service mishap occurred regarding checkout. Despite all written materials in the unit indicating an 11 AM checkout, management unexpectedly insisted on a 10 AM departure, disregarding our attempts to clarify this discrepancy. This led to unwelcome stress, as our departure plans, including transportation, were aligned with the originally understood time. It was only after our return home that management acknowledged this oversight. Oh well. Hopefully they have figured it out. The place is great!

Magnificent setting

Beautiful residence……living room doors open to bring the outdoors in……heat lamps on outdoor grill were an added bonus. Foliage provided privacy despite location adjacent to pool access path. Beautiful flowers, basket of treats and tour by rental agent provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely lovely!

Wailea Villas are the best. This was our 5 th time staying here. Close to the best golf on Maui at Wailea Gold and Emerald. Our Villa had everything we needed for our vacation.

Great family vacation

Our family of 6 adults stayed in villa B102 and we loved it! The villa is beautifully furnished with the most comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful outdoor sitting area with a plunge pool. The location is perfect, right across the beach and within walking distance to all the restaurants. Great place for a family holiday! Highly recommend!

The property was located in the ideal location for our group - we had easy access to the ocean, to the adult pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking and the views from the lanai and plunge pool were great. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and the property manager was easy to reach and very responsive. We were happy with our stay at Wailea Beach Villas and with this unit specifically..

Ultimate Family Vacation Spot

Ultimate 5 star property with the ideal location in Wailea (which is where you want to stay in Maui), but the panoramic views when you wake up and retire for the evening are breathtaking. Literally 15 steps away from the best hot tub in Maui. Enjoyed the short walk to shops and grocery...super convenient. Owner and real estate company were terrific to work with and great communication. Thanks for one of our best family vacations ever!!!

Best Place To Stay On Maui

We were excited about this unit just from reviewing the listing. It was hands down, the best home we’ve stayed in on Maui. This 3-bedroom unit was comfortable, well decorated and provided an AV system that was beyond our expectations. Every room in the unit had in ceiling speakers that could be controlled in each room. The kitchen was loaded with kitchen tools and has high end appliances to allow you to prepare meals easily for your family/guests The only miss that we could find was the need for an outdoor ceiling fan to enjoy the comfortable and plentiful outdoor furniture. A. Viking bbq awaits the avid bbqer in your group. This is a 5*+ location.
