It had a very busy highway just beyond the deck. Noise made the deck unpleasant to sit and enjoy. The toaster left side burned the bread. Ocean view was not visible from the deck. Otherwise, the property was clean, roomy and the kitchen was well supplied with essentials.

Beautiful property and grounds and a good location

Everyone was impressed with the Villa and really enjoyed the comforts of home. (7/1 to 7/5)Large rooms, comfortable furnishings and well stocked with everything we needed.The lanai was great and we didn't find the road noise intrusive.The CB was great to work with and always got back to me and answered every question. Mahalo you guys are great!

Great Stay

The home was as advertised and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials. The welcome gift package of food products was a nice touch. All enjoyed the stay with no issues in a quality unit.

What we expected plus more!

This property exceeded our expectations! We were two adults and 4 teens and the most convenient thing was its proximity to the pool and the Grand Wailea resort/beach making it easy for the teens to walk to on their own. The property itself had everything you could possibly need from high-end appliances to games, puzzles, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as many of the basics like towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, aluminum foil, the list goes on. The only downside was its proximity to the road. The view is well hidden, but the sound can be loud (but only when you're outdoors). Also, no access to the Grand Wailea pools but we knew that going in. Seriously consider this property if you're wanting an easy walk to the pool/resort - many of the others are a fairly steep incline of a walk! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this. The only complain is that we did not get information for check-in three days before. We called your help number and we did get some of the check-in. Had to wait until 4pm exactly to get final codes and it did not work. Reminded me of the Nick Sabin commercial.

Spectacular. Great location in Wailea. Close to beaches and the shops. The unit was very well equipped including kitchen, spices, blender.The lanai was perfect for 8 people. The 3 kingsize bedrooms with ensuites were all very nice. Highly recommend this unit

Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth. This is a high-end home. It was large, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beautiful pool area was even closer. It far exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Maui Retreat

This was our second stay at Ho-O’Lei 12-4. The unit is gorgeous and spacious. It is convenient to the resort entrance, fitness center and pool. All communications were easy, no hiccups whatsoever. Would definitely return!

Beautiful and luxurious

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and fully equipped unit. The location of this unit was close to the pool and is walking distance to the Wailea mall and beach. I would definitely give 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find the floors and kitchen counter top weren’t the cleanest upon arrival. The counter had sand or something of that texture on it and the floors were dirty. We had a problem with the cable box and/or router, but since it was our last evening there, we just let customer service know before future guests arrive. Also, as a suggestion, it would be nice if a map of the area, like the pool and beach, and outside trash bins was provided.

Grandparents-Bucket-List Vacation

Our stay at Ho’olei Villa 12-4 was VERY comfortable all-round, from start to finish! Each of the 3 bedrooms (all master-suites w/ensuite baths) were spacious & private for my husband & I, my parents & our two older sons to share. Our adult daughter claimed the pullout sofa in the family room & had her own use of the main floor half-bath as well as sharing our shower. Her only comment was that she was up with the sunshine every morning as the expansive wall-to-wall lanai doors did not have blinds. The shared spaces, particularly the kitchen/family room worked wonderfully for the whole family to gather, whether it be for morning coffee/breakfast or for the group to visit & join in on preparing/tidying up the meals we were easily able to prep within the well-appointed kitchen. The lanai & bbq/grill were enjoyed for both morning/evening relaxation & the open-air meals we cooked. Even though the location of the villa does back onto a bit of a busy roadway, it didn’t phase us too much as any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in paradise was welcomed. The location did prove beneficial as it was closer for us to visit the beautiful Ho’olei pool or easily trek just across the street to the beach/ocean via the pristine Grand Wailea Resort or the enjoy a nice walk to the shops. The peek-a-boo ocean view was framed nicely from the lanai & we knew we were fortunate to get that on top of a fabulous place to stay. Keyless entry was great & contact w/management was simple & very helpful!

Expansive, Great Location, All Amenities

We were 3 couples and an infant. We were 4 grandparents, a granddaughter and her mom and dad.. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and main floor bedroom allowed for optimal privacy and quietness. Beds and linens were great, both comfortable and soft. Kitchen had a complete set up with every appliance (including coffee grinder and electric tea pot) and mutple sets of silverware and plates. There was also a drawer of serving ware. Cookware was adequate though a place like this deserves high end cookware. Complete set of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas made heading to any of the public beach access spots easy. The on site pool was dynamite. We spent most of our time there. There were always open seats. Remember to bring the towels. This is a street facing unit though you can’t see the street. Morning and evening commute traffic was a little noisy if the sliders were open or if sitting on the deck. Instead we just had coffee inside around the huge kitchen island. Excellent stay. Definitely a do-again.

Gorgeous Villa

We were here with 6 family members. Everyone had a great, roomy, comfortable bedroom and en suite bath. Nice, clean pool area and right across the street from the beach. Very clean & kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could want. All in all gorgeous villa! We’d definitely highly recommend & would happily come back.

Wailea Relaxing

We didn’t know that this property does not have access to the amenities at the Grand Wailea until after it was too late to cancel. This should be advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and location and used the Ho’olei pool and walked to the beach. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs and everything that was set up in the house. We had a relaxing time.

Amazing

Amazing property! We stayed her with my husbands family and it has everything you would need. The villa was very well stocked and the staff made sure we had what we needed. Communication was excellent. It was perfect for 6 adults. Location was easy to get around and easy access to the beach. The pool was very relaxing and a beautiful setting. The villa is even nicer in person than the pictures show. I ordered groceries ahead of time which was worth the cost to just have everything there and read. Allowing more time for family. And made it easy for breakfast and us to just visit. We will be back to this property again.

Best place to stay in Maui

This is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The property is beautiful with high end appliances and is well taken care of. The property management is also top notch- very responsive and checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Additionally we left a few items behind and they mailed it to us!
