Everything I Wanted

The property is beautiful, it’s intimate, and the location is excellent. It’s right on the beach which is amazing. But in addition, it’s in a part of town that makes it very easy to access anything you need. I have to say that all of the amenities were incredible and overall I felt like this property was heads and tails above staying at a hotel or one of the large condo units that are on the island. I actually loved my stay here!

Premium Beachfront Retreat

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is convenient and includes a beautiful beach without crowds. Our condo included beach chairs, coolers, and towels to make beach days enjoyable and stress-free. The owners truly thought of everything for the common areas. There are two small pools and a very nice hot tub that face the water (make sure to plan ahead because the hot tub takes 3-40 minutes to heat). The common areas also include a kitchen, library, printer, exercise equipment, and two sets of laundry machines. For anyone who needs to keep up with work while away, the internet speed was great. The Ohana suite was spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and in great condition. We spent a lot of time on the massive lanai, which has beautiful views of tropical plants. We loved hearing the birds in the evenings and mornings. It seems to be very well maintained, with everything working properly during our visit. The property is small and adults-only, so we enjoyed a very peaceful stay. We ran into staff and the owners and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would love to stay here again sometime!

Fantastic all the way around!

It was fantastic. We had the apartment over the garage and it was perfect for our family of 4. We used the BBQ every night and enjoyed our meals on the private lanai. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. We saw turtles and crabs! We had a minor issue with the lock on the door and Wade (whom we had met earlier in our stay) stopped what he was doing elsewhere on the property and immediately replaced the whole mechanism when an adjustment didn't fix the problem. Entire staff was so accommodating and friendly!! It was peaceful and quiet and just so relaxing. It was nice to have the "common" kitchen to get a few things we didn't buy at the store for our meals. I should have checked there first, though, because we bought things like ketchup, butter, mustard-- all of which were in the common fridge left behind by prior guests. We just added our leftovers to the supply on departure day! Also great to find some toiletry essentials our teens didn't pack. And we left behind a few things we bought in that cabinet for the next guests. A great system!! Overall excellent property, amenities, staff, facilities and location. We hope to come back someday, maybe without kids!! THANK YOU!!

Incredibly enjoyable

Nothing spared in this location. Everything we could imagine at our disposal... bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear. We had an amazing time right at the beach at the property and The location was close to a ton of great restaurants and shops without being completely in the bustle of Kihei.
