"Hotel staff doesn't speak English, no lobby entrance to elevator. They burned incense everyday and very suffocating. Kitchen wares dirty and cabinet was broken. Housekeeping is good and generous with bottle water. Bathroom is always flooded with water after bath but they give extra towels. We paid $7 per day and there was only egg and breads, nothing else. I want my money back for the breakfast that we didn't eat."

"The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. "We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. "
