"Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel....

"Our stay at this charming 1-bedroom house apartmemt in Sheboygan was satisfying. It met our criteria for a clean, budget-friendly place with an amazing location. The house is ideally situated in the historic district, offering easy walks to downtown restaurants, the beach, and even the trolley stop by the marina. We truly enjoyed exploring the area on foot.
