"This spot is great. It definitely isn't the most luxurious place but, for those who are game, it is a wonderful property with extremely attentive and caring staff. It is nestled right in the edge of the Kiwali forest and a great jumping off point for chimp trekking."

"Great looking hotel! i wish I would've had more time to enjoy the terrace and look at primates. Next time, easy choice.
I really enjoyed knowing that their vegetation part shares the land with the park, so in a good day you can see Chimps from your front patio."

"Incredible place!! We went to Bella Vista Lodge to rest from a month trio around Uganda. And it has been our little oasis. The food was great, with different options (lagsane, salad, pasta, pizza, meat...). The room were awsome. We stayed in a room with a balcony to the lake. We had lunch there. We really have to thank to Francis, the manager and all the staff. They are all of them incredibly heloful and nice. They made our stay perfect. Ah!! And it has git a swimming pool!"

"Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely "
"Problems with expedia . The booking in manager was lovely as the wait staff . Brenda was somewhat accusatory that I hadn’t paid , I showed receipt but still wasn’t convinced. Seemed to think it was up to me to sort out how expedia pays them . Had to remind to stop Turning the hot water off too … "

"This is an old building, unkempt without any fencing around the building at the end of a gravel road.
You enter the property from the rear side which is having peeling paint. No reception as such. It is a small cashier counter for a small canteen on the ground floor. Along the front facade is old moss covered concrete slabs covering a drain. They need to submit current pictures of the property"
