"Incredible place!! We went to Bella Vista Lodge to rest from a month trio around Uganda. And it has been our little oasis. The food was great, with different options (lagsane, salad, pasta, pizza, meat...). The room were awsome. We stayed in a room with a balcony to the lake. We had lunch there. We really have to thank to Francis, the manager and all the staff. They are all of them incredibly heloful and nice. They made our stay perfect. Ah!! And it has git a swimming pool!"

"Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely "

"Problems with expedia . The booking in manager was lovely as the wait staff . Brenda was somewhat accusatory that I hadn’t paid , I showed receipt but still wasn’t convinced. "This is an old building, unkempt without any fencing around the building at the end of a gravel road. You enter the property from the rear side which is having peeling paint. No reception as such. It is a small cashier counter for a small canteen on the ground floor. Along the front facade is old moss covered concrete slabs covering a drain. They need to submit current pictures of the property"

"Fabulous place just watch out google maps puts it in the wrong place only a little but enough if arriving late in the dark. Service excellent have to arrange for food to be brought in for evening meal but breakfast as good as it gets"
