Enjoy fairway views of the Cougar Point Golf Course, a private patio, and a lovely setting within easy walking distance of the ocean beach, tennis courts, and much more.



    What’s nearby:

    The Fairway Oaks Villas are located directly adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course, one of the five destination golf courses on Kiawah Island. Here in the center of West Beach Village, you'll be a few blocks' walk from the beach. Hop on your bike and enjoy the many miles of scenic paved bike paths on the island, bring a picnic down to Night Heron Park (less than two miles east), and check out the wonderful shopping and dining at Freshfields Village (two miles northwest). Historic downtown Charleston - home to some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country - is only 24 miles northeast as well.

We were near the beach and only steps out the back door onto the bike trails and golf course. Place has beautiful window views upstairs and downstairs surrounded with greenery so that you feel you are in a tree house. Only 4 or 5 steps to walk into house carrying your stuff which I appreciate. You are very near gated entrance so a bike ride to Freshfields is easy. Would love to stay here again.

Such a perfect spot! It is walking distance to the beach. There were shops and restaurants close by. The space was clean and nicely decorated. My teen boys enjoyed watching the golfers play on the course right past the back deck.

Great family vacation

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it! It works very well for our family of six. Very comfortable. Great location, easy walk to the beach with little kids.

Sweet location for a weekend vacation

Beautiful location, beautiful weather, fantastic wild life, great golf!! Beds could have used 1-2 in memory topper to help soften the hard mattresses.

Ideal location!

Great location, right past the first gate. Be at Freshfields in less than 5 minutes, or explore the rest of the island. Communication with on-site team was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We love coming to Kiawah every summer, and loved our location this year! Short walk to the beach, perfect bedroom layouts for our 3 teens! Beautiful golf course view as well! Host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had!

Great place to bring the family

We had a winderfulntime in West Village. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies but otherwise a great spot.

Updated and beautiful

We really loved this home. Everything was modern, clean and updated. It’s a very attractive and comfortable home. It has a great kitchen , beautiful furniture and a bathroom in each room. It’s a great location! Short walk to the beach.

Liked the deer and walks along the beach in the evening. Lots of natural light in the sun window. Very comfortable for our family to stay in. Great service, a big help to us when we got locked out one evening.

Great rental

Our group enjoyed the rental property! The location and place itself were nice. There was easy access to the beach (note that we found Boardwalk 5 was closest via a 5 minute walk - there was also a parking lot beside this boardwalk). The property managers were thorough with communication and helpful with answering our questions ahead of time about beach access. We would certainly rent this property again next time we’re at Kiawah.

Great spot

Nice 3 BR with wonderful golf course location. In West end area so close to markets. Not a long walk to beach. No resort pool access which is the only thing that could improve this location.

Great last minute rental to beat the winter blues

Condo was great and had plenty of room for us to spread out and work remotely. Furnishings were nice. Plenty of towels and a nice renovation. Property management company was very responsive. Kiawah was of course wonderful, but that goes without saying!

Charming Villa

This villa is a nice end unit backed up to a golf course and a relatively short walk to the beach. Great location. Three bedrooms with bathrooms, a nice living room area, and dining room, and a decent kitchen. One key that barely fits in its lockbox is an issue, I would strongly recommend the door lock be replaced with a keypad lock. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location

We had a great stay in this condo is great to share with couples or family. Nice having a separate bathroom for each room. Very clean and super convenient to everything on the island, especially beach access. Pictures online are a little misleading as the condo is darker inside and the pictures make it look like it is sparkling white, but that didn’t really change our rating, we would give it a five star
