  • Newly renovated! Welcome to Villa Palma, your home away from home on the Lowcountry's premier island getaway.
    Kiawah Island is known for it's natural beauty, 10 mile long white sandy beach, and an array of amenities. Conveniently located near the Turtle Point Golf Course and the Roy Barth Tennis Center, this 2 bedroom upstairs villa in Turtle Cove is perfectly positioned for your island activities! Updates include a new kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood floors, custom cabinetry, and quartz counter tops.

    The bright open floor plan flows right out to the large private screened porch. Much of your time will be spent on this large porch, which is accessible from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double size beds. There is also a sofa pull out in the living room for your guests to be able to spread out! For convenience, the villa includes a full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

    Look no further than this new and comfortable villa for your next beach or golf vacation.

    When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

    Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small 2 bedroom. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for the price. Even though no passes for Kiawah activists we did not feel limited. Beach, fishing, great restaurants. Had a great time. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when the guard gate misplaced our parking passes.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay. The space was perfect for my family of four. We cooked every night and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The beach was about 3-5 minutes away riding bikes. We were unable to connect to the internet when we first arrived but the management company very quickly contacted the owners and provided us with updated access information. Some of the lines were a bit stained and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely squeaky/noisy when rolling over in bed or even moving a bit.
