Across the street, you’ll find Night Heron Park, featuring a playground, nature center, children’s activities, basketball and soccer facilities, the new Treehouse indoor facility, and The Nest Café. The renowned Sanctuary Hotel is also just a few blocks away, offering exceptional dining, boutique shopping, and luxurious spa experiences.

Inside, you’ll discover a beautifully redesigned living space that sets this villa apart. The extensive renovation thoughtfully expanded the living area, creating one of the most spacious one-bedroom rental villas on Kiawah Island. Elegant architectural details, stylish finishes, and an open, inviting atmosphere make this coastal retreat feel like a true home away from home.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, generous storage, and everything you need to prepare meals after a day of island adventures. The spacious bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the added convenience of one full bathroom and one half bathroom provides extra comfort during your stay. Please note that while the villa offers an exceptionally spacious living area, there is no sleeper sofa or additional sleeping accommodation.

Whether you’re enjoying sunrise walks along the beach, exploring Kiawah’s scenic bike paths, or unwinding after a day in the Lowcountry sunshine, 4231 Mariners Watch is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and experience island living at its finest.

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies, and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time, take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours' notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
