As soon as you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the beautifully-designed interiors, which have just been renovated with new furniture, paint, and finishings. The design motif is where coastal elegance meets island charm. The living area is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings (with guest comfort in mind) and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area for six, as well as bar seating for six.

One of the highlights of this beautiful vacation home is the stunning view of the 13th tee box of Turtle Point Golf Course, which can be enjoyed from the first floor screened porch. The porch provides a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful views, fresh air, and your beverage of choice.

Also on the first floor is the first of four bedrooms; a sprawling king primary suite with private bathroom and a private sitting area. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. The first of these three upstairs rooms is the junior master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath, TV and access to a private porch. The next is a king bedroom, with contains a TV and access to another private porch, while the final is a queen bedroom with TV. These last two rooms share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. There's also an additional sitting room on this level with sofa, TV and porch access, providing some added space to relax. The second floor also boasts a second screened-in porch with additional seating - just more space to enjoy that island breeze! You will have no shortage of places to unwind.
