Great place, quiet neighborhood, close to Sanctuary

Six of us stayed for a week (4 adults, two kids) and had a great time. Location was perfect near everything and place was as advertised. Nice touch was bathroom/shower in every bedroom… and a small lift for luggage to 3rd floor. Pool was nice and right next door and fairly secluded. Would recommend and stay again.

Family Easter getaway

The property was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach and The Sanctuary. The home was spacious and each bedroom having its own bathroom is quite nice. Kiawah is simply magical and this home didn’t disappoint.

Labor Day getaway

Absolutely gorgeous place and a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We set up our beach spot next to the Sanctuary to be able to get lunch and drinks, again an easy walk. Perfectly situated on the Island, 12 min ride to The Ocean Course and 5 mins from the front gate to get to Freshfields area and to run into Charleston. The home is stunning and was immaculate when we arrived. I absolutely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home.

This would be my last resort

Stay away from ESPM vacations. They make false repair promises and do not follow up. The lack of a working stove top caused us to eat 90% of our meals out of the unit. I was told I would have a garage to park one vehicle in, but not true. The owner already has a vehicle occupying the space.

Wonderful House!

Our party of 7 adults (friends and family) had a wonderful time on Kiawah and in this home. This property was very clean, inviting, and a great fit for a larger group. Every bedroom has its own on suite bathroom which makes it convenient for getting ready for the day/evening activities. The finishes in this property are fabulous and it doesn't feel like a rental but more of a home. Also, access to the pool was fabulous. We hardly saw anyone else there and there were nice lounge chairs, some sun, and also shade. It was a nice change of pace from going to the beach in the heat and sun. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in wonderful setting!

Very organized pre- arrival! This home was fantastic in every way! I feel the photographs did not do the beauty of all the rooms justice! We grilled and ate in several times and really enjoyed it! The community pool was awesome! We definitely would love to come back!!

Great Location

Very comfortable and well appointed house. Great location close tonTurtle Point Golf Club, the Sanctuary and the beach. Nice screened in porch and wonderful and quiet neighborhood pool that is very private.

Great visit!

We love Kiawah and they was a great location. Felt very central to the places and things we like to do. I gave 4 stars only because the courtyard area was rundown. over grown with a busted fountain and dead tree. Could be a great usable space especially since the grill is located down there. No cabinet space in kitchen for groceries. If you don't leave the door to the screened in porch cracked open you can get locked out. Fortunately when this happened someone was nearby and was able to be flagged down. There was so much helpful information in the booklet in the house but how to get to the beach and which beach access to use was not included. One of the main reasons we choose to visit Kiawah was for its 30 miles of bike trails (much of it shaded). My husband and I Brough our electric bikes. Although there were plenty of signs about it being illegal to feed the alligators, there was not one sign that we saw about e bikes not being allowed on the island. The car passes have info and regulations on them as well and no details about that there either and I couldn't find anything in the book in the house about that either when I double checked after being yelled at by 2 different residents. We were not going fast nor were we being reckless but it was super uncomfortable to be confronted like that. We did end up seeing about 10 other ebikes during our week stay so not sure if this is true but would love to know since that is the bid reason we came and would love to come back.

Perfect Getaway

This property had everything we needed. The games and space to spread out were amazing as it rained half of the time we were there. Its proximity to The Sanctuary was perfect as we celebrated Easter on the beach with sunrise service and then back for their brunch. The property was well equipped for adults and children, including beach towels for the pool that was literally right around the corner from the driveway. The large couch in the sitting room was cozy with many throw blankets to snuggle. The screened in porch was great, wish we could have used it more but too chilly! Gas grill was useful since we cooked in almost the whole time. We would 100% return here in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Cosy Kiawah Cottage

We always enjoy visiting Kiawah, renting a different place each time. This house has four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. We are not big TV watchers, so it didn’t bother us that 3/4 of the bedrooms lacked a TV. The main living room is not as comfortable as the sitting room with the big-screen TV. If there were more than 4 in our party, we might have felt a little cramped—there’s no place, really, for a party larger than 4-5 to comfortably gather, except for the large dining area table. The community pool was closed during our stay. But the location is good, and the cottage was spotless. All four of us had a pleasant time in this premiere-quality home.

Beautiful, well-maintained Home

This is a lovely house that I have rented multiple times. It is always extremely clean, and the convenience to the beach and the entrance to the island is perfect. It’s a wonderful place for our girls’ trips. The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is more comfortable seating for our late-night talks! But overall a 5 star experience!
