Not a very good location.
It was a very nice hotel, but not in a very good location. The staff were kind enough to provide a bike to get around easier, but it was still quite a ways from the beach, and the nearest 7-11 was 1km away. Not too many shops nearby either. But the hotel was comfortable. Although one other downside ...

It wasn’t too far off the main road. The homemade breakfast in the morning at the time we needed was a great surprise.
