"Very polite staff. Clean place . Nice food and amenities."

"Need to care more out side structure and inside maintain the deco.. authentic.. staff is very friendly.. nice pool"

On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside."

"A really great concept with such wide and thought out elements. "

"The staff was very helpful The property was amazing and food was extremely delicious.. A 5 star stay we just had. 😊❤️"

"The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ). Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small...

"The food is the best part. It's a nice quaint place for a relaxed weekend ( not more). The chef, staff, sales manager everyone were very hospitable. "
