"In general all was great,greeted on arrival,told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed.This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort,therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks.In the bathroom albeit it's...

"Great place to stay clean room lovely comfy bed good shower. 2 mins walk from the railway station. 24 hour manned reception good coffee! Would not hesitate to recommend this venue for a convenient night out in Nottingham. Parking 5 mins walk away which was ideal for us with a car. Late checkout was also available after a later night out at reasonable price too. Will definitely stay there again. Shampoo conditioner body wash in the bathroom too if you forget yours!"

"Good parking on site with electric charger. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed and very comfy bedding.Breakfast was delicious, both continental and full English available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Good central location with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The rooms have been refurbished and modernised and the hallway was still in the process of being painted. Would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully get the chance to visit again. "

"Really lovely stay in Torchon. Perfect space for a couples getaway. Surprisingly well soundproofed. Nextdoor bar could be heard but not invasive at all. Slight downer was an issue with a leaking pipe causing the water and electricity to fail Sunday morning. Very impressive recovery! A large team were onsite immediately fixing the problem. Only a minor inconvenience that could have been much worse. Lovely room, comfy and everything we needed. Highly recommend "

"Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain."
