Parking is a concern. It can be difficult to park in the attached garage, due to the lack of alignment of the driveway with the entry to the garage. The driveway approach is very short and made less accessible due to the landscaping, i.e. an Aspen tree. One has to enter the garage at an angle and the landscaping limits the maneuvering space available to the driver. We ended up scraping the rear quarter panel of our Honda Accord when attempting to enter the garage. One doesn't get a full view of the front of the condos and layout of the garage/landscaping from listing photos. Also, listing indicates DVD player available. While there indeed was a DVD player, it was not set up for use with the TV; and TV instructions didn't seem to be current with brand of TV in unit.

Spring Break Getaway

Needs better parking
Not sure why the 3 spaces next to the 1 car garage cannont be used for extra parking. There was plenty of parking space next to the unit.

Very nice and clean unit, well equipped and with open floor plan. It was a little difficult to maintain the desired temperature but got better after got familiar with the heating system. Minimal mountain view but nice wooded setting.

Easy getaway
Amazing views, walking trails, so close to River Run Gondola. Great place for social distancing. Was able to go sledding and the kitchen was so modern. Managers very accommodating. Would come back to the same place.

Fun family time
We loved this property. Had a glitch with the front door combination lock the first night. It took many tries to get in. The next day the door wouldn’t open at all. Had to wait two hours outside for the repair/battery fix. We appreciated the late check out on Sunday!!!

We absolutely love the townhouse. It was very clean, lots of space, cozy and quiet. The townhouse is beautiful. We will definitely be back.
