Everything was fine and comfortable. The only negative was the parking for our second vehicle. There were plenty of unoccupied parking spaces at the property but we had to pay 25 per night at the remote public parking. I could understand if the property was full but the parking spots were 90% empty. Very costly and inconvenient.

Rude HOA. upset about our parking considering there was hardly anyone staying on the premises. This place is probably busiest during ski season. We had to move our cars, 3-4 of them although no one was parking there. Someone complained and was very rude, totally unnesessary.

Family Ski Trip
Overall a great stay. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, as was loading and unloading the condo. Aside from that, I would definitely use this VRBO again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for our group of 8. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. The only complaint would be there is only one parking space provided. The shuttle pickup is close to the condo so that was a plus. Communication was timely and helpful.

Amazing family vacation
We had a small family vacation for Fall Break and visited Colorado. The condo was very cute and had an amazing view and location. It was an older condo building but everything was kept up well and a perfect place to relax and have fun for all ages.

Perfect Family Getaway: Spacious Rooms, Affordable Price
It was an amazing place to spend quality family time. I highly recommend one of the best properties in this area. However, I should mention that the internet is slower here. Apart from that, it is the perfect place for families, offering spacious living spaces and numerous rooms at an affordable price.

Beautiful birthday weekend in the mountains
We went to celebrate my son‘s 31st birthday. We enjoyed the view the place was clean. There was everything except a blender, but we manage. We had a little problem with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. I would really recommend this place clean plenty of room. Thank you to everyone it was a great birthday weekend for for me and my family and we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful, large unit that is decorated so pretty!

Great for family reunion
Our mini family reunion of 6 adults, 2 young adults, and 3 kids was quite comfortable in this cozy condo. We had everything we needed. The indoor pool, hot tub, & sauna were a great perk.
Great location! Loved the nearby lake with paddle boating and other fun activities.
Would definitely return! Love the beauty of Keystone!

Wonderful Mountain Getaway
The space was large and accommodated our large family. Very clean and communication with the property manager was easy and helpful! The pool and clubhouse house were a great bonus! Would highly recommend!

We love this condo
We have come up to keystone every year for five years. We Absolutely love this Comfortable, clean, well stocked Condominium. People in these ski towns are always so friendly and helpful. Fishing is great, our kids love the pool and we love the hot tub.

Nice condo, Decent location, Unexpected parking issue
Our 2 family group rented this Condo for our 7th annual ski trip.
PROS of the rental:
- The condo was spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids ages 12-16).
- Location is 5 minutes drive to base of keystone.
- Pool/hot tub/sauna was nice.
CONS of the rental:
- Kitchen was on the smaller side for the size of the condo.
- microwave was broken. It started sparking and making a terrible noise with our first use. We called the management company and a new microwave was swapped out for our broken one .
- There is a shuttle that drops off on property, but we never used it because after waiting once for over 30 minutes, we just decided that driving our rental car was easier.
- BEWARE OF THE PARKING POLICY: Only 1 parking spot for our 4 bedroom condo: The VRBO listing did NOT say that their was only 1 parking spot per condo… it only lists parking as an amenity. The management company admits that they did.not reveal the 1 spot parking limitation on their VRBO advertisement for this rental. Instead, they argue that they emailed me a link to an informational packet about the rental condo 30 days before our check in date… they claim that buried in this link is the notification of only 1 parking spot ( it doesn’t matter how small or large the condo is, apparently the Keystone HOA made a decision that each unit only gets 1 parking spot). I pointed out that the cancellation policy required that I cancel 60 days ahead of time, and thus the management company should have contacted me at least more than 60 days in advance with their “informational email”. My point is: Just be upfront/honest about the limited parking! We had to pay an additional $25 per night to park 1 of our rental cars approximately 3/4 mile away from the condo.

Great location for a larger group
We had 7 adults stay in this property. It was clean, very quiet and spacious. We loved making a fire in the fireplace and it was wonderful that the building had wood available. The poker table was fun to gather around and play cards or games. Our group utilized the shuttle to the lift (Peru) one day and it was very easy. The shuttle stops right outside of the building. The shared hot tub was OK, much better when it wasn’t busy earlier in the day. The only negative was that we were only given one parking pass and had to find parking for our second car in a paid lot each day. We would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great location in keystone
We loved the open tv / kitchen area giving our group plenty seating space to hang out and very clean.
