This was our 2d stay at Dakota Lodge; can't say enough about this property! Fantastic location in the heart of Keystone Village & all it has to offer...restaurants, shops, treats, and proximity to the slopes! Heated underground garage made unloading a breeze! Pool & hot tubs right below our balcony...only a quick dadh from the building to the warm soothing water after shredding the slopes! This unit was perfect! Gorgeous view of the slopes and chair lifts, comfortably furnished, all the kitchen tools we needed! Plenty of space in each of the bedrooms. We were even grateful for the charging blocks beside the beds!We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for Bluegrass and Brews festival

We were in town for the festival and this condo was the perfect spot. We had close access to all the events. This condo overlooks the pool and hot tub, so it is a bit loud up until the pool closes at 9:00, but we enjoyed the laughter and sounds of summer fun! The fans were helpful to keep cool. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Parking was easy and luggage carts readily available. Our family had so much fun exploring and playing in the cool river just a short walk from the condo, we spent hours there, chasing trout and splashing around!

Great property! Loved how close it was to the slopes, loved the hot tub. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the fridge and the TVs and after a bit of a wait to speak to someone at the property management office they sent someone over to fix it. Unfortunately it all couldn’t be fixed until a day later. One suggestion would be to provide robes to use for visiting the hot tub and pool as that’s a bulky item people likely wouldn’t bring from home.

Snowy ski vacation

The agency was so easy to work with. The condo was clean and up to date. Cozy beds and a great location. Easy to walk to town and slopes. I would definitely rent again

So much potential

I was really excited about this place but I guess we went at a bad time - I didn’t realize the town basically shuts down from 9/25- 10/31 - so much was closed - we missed the summer fun and the winter fun hasn’t started - and I guess they don’t have much in between so we hiked a lot Regarding The condo itself : it is in a village of shops and stores (although everything was seasonal and closed while we were there) it was still cute and clean, mattresses were good and I woke up pain free. its in a very cute area - near the top of a mountain in a ski town- so the views and hiking were awesome, however- due to off-season- (and because they cater to skiers) - they were painting and repairing everything while we were there - the paint fumes, the loud construction sounds outside of the window in the mornings, were annoying. What sucked for me is we were told after booking (non refundable) that the jacuzzi, sauna, & pool was not available during our stay - and the maintenance dept. PAINTED the front door of the room we were staying in with zero notice so when opening it and holding it for my daughter, it ruined my fav hiking hoodie & got paint all over me. It stayed wet for 2 days so we had a few incidents accidentally touching it after that too. Other than that…. It was good. Just take note of the altitude of Keystone if u live sea level. At 12k feet u better stay hydrated etc or prepare to take ibuprofen.

On arrival the fridge was turned off at the fuse box so took a couple of hours to cool down enough to use. The coffee maker didn’t work properly, but we came prepared with our own to use. Most disappointing was the construction jackhammer that was going all day starting at 8:30am directly above us. It was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other in the living room and had to leave to enjoy our morning elsewhere. It was a very disappointing stay and feel like management could have cared less when contacted... not their fault. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Would not recommend.

Convienient and Cozy

Great location, especially during the ski season! Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Great outdoor area with a large hot tub and heated pool. It would be a tight fit to sleep as many adults as the condo accommodates (I think it's 8), but doable. For two of us, it was more than comfortable. There is no Smart TV, but there is DISH.

Love River Run Village

Staying in river run village for the last five years. Pretty nice place and affordable prices. A bit more control of quiet time hours (sometimes younger adults stay in pool area after quiet time hours and talk too loud) and inspecting functionality of bathrooms (toilet water running constantly, hair dryer hanging loose on one screw etc.) Staff is very nice, very helpful and very quick responding. Definitely would recommend this place

Nice location and great views

Overall we enjoyed the condo. It is in a very convenient location and the views from this condo unit are good. Overall the price point was good. I liked the flooring and granite counters. The condo in general still needs a little updating and in general the Dakota Lodge needs some TLC. We have stayed there many times over the years and just looks like the property needs some fresh paint and carpets. The condo unit we stayed in could use some better appliances (stainless and better quality) and some remodel of the bathrooms. Why do they have a shower/tub in the Master bedroom with no privacy? The rooms are small but that has been true of all of the units we have stayed at in the Dakota. Really not trying to be too critical but offering suggestions to improve a nice unit. We would stay again- we like the location being close to the slopes and the view.
