Wonderful family ski trip!

Thanks for helping to provide a great place for our family with kids and grandkids to enjoy our annual ski trip! The location, pool, hot tub and spa were awesome too!

Great Stay

Great Quick Weekend on the slopes

First time to Keystone, had a great stay and this unit was perfect. Close to the bus stop and within a mile drive of anything you want or need in Keystone.

Great location

Great location and very comfortable property. Pool/ hot tub out the bottom entrance, pond hockey out the top. Will enjoy again, thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, very clean, and had humidifiers in every room. That is very important. Easy access to the pool/hot tub/spa. The kitchen is a very narrow galley kitchen. Enough room for ONE person to cook. Kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepared a Thanksgiving meal. We all had some issues getting into the unit and unfortunately it took my husband about 2 hours to gain access. That was a huge problem for us. The property management gals were fantastic.

Very nice place

This place was great. It had everything we needed (I read previous reviews and brought salt/pepper/pot holders which I think should have been included). Very cozy and nice. The only con was that the upstairs got really hot, so we had to open the windows at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Good location around Keystone lake with the Lodge restaurant/spa and amenities just out the door. Conference center is only about a 5 min walk. Very comfortable unit with a nice layout having the bedrooms upstairs and living room / kitchen downstairs. Quite spacious yet cozy. Clean with comfort beds.

Don't let the one parking spot turn you away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has ample space for a good size crew. The three bathrooms, three bedrooms, and kitchen are plenty of room to enjoy your ski trip. The parking across the street is relatively expensive but a small cost to pay if your party needs more then one car. Once we found the underground tunnel and the back door of the unit everything fit into place. Thanks summit county for a good and reasonable place to stay.

ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT

This unit sleeps 9 people, but they only provide you with ONE parking spot. We had to pay $25 PER NIGHT for the 5 nights we stayed to have somewhere to park our other car, which was not even on the same property. This was quite the headache and honestly very frustrating that we weren’t told this before booking. Other than parking, the place was clean and the amenities were nice!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a good unit, but there is construction going on to a building right next door. There was constant noise all day long and it made it extremely difficult to relax. This would have been nice to know prior to booking. Electricity also went out in hallways during the stay.

Had a Great stay 1 recomendation

The back door when we arrived was unlocked, My suggestion would be to upgrade the backdoor lock to the same key-card lock. A little strange to go out the back door to the pool and either leave the door unlocked to have to go all the way around to get into the condo. the other condos with pool side doors have done that upgrade.

Disappointed

For the most part, the condo was nice; however, there was so much 'party' noise going on both nights that we were unable to sleep. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Many of the 'acitivities' that we were looking forward to were not open/available. Some of that may have been due to rain, but not all.
