Great for Big Family Gatherings But Needs Reno
The house had the right number of rooms and beds for our big family gathering. It was quiet and the community space (living/dining/kitchen) was great. However, the property is quite tired and needs an update.

Going Down
Third time to stay here and the property is starting to go down hill. Closet doors were broken in one room, lights didn’t work in the master bathroom and a squirrel was living in the house. We had to set up cameras to find out what was getting into our food at night and were told we would have yo take care of it on our own. Just disappointed but it’s still the best accommodations and location for our group.

Decent not great stay at Keystone
House was good, not excellent for the price paid., location was amazing, size and layout was good. Very rough around the edges. Kitchen was not equipped at all, with what seemed like an assortment of utensils, pots and pans, many things broken and rusted. Coffee pot was barely functional, second pot was uncleaned Washer dryer did not work well, second set was non-functional. Fireplace was broken with a loose piece of glass just resting on mantle. House has great potential with some more TLC, but will not stay there again until fixed.

Property needs upgrading, you could not park in the garage as it’s being used as storage.

a couple of things need improvement: 1. quite a number of flies in several bedrooms 2. side door to the backyard cannot be locked 3. missing parts in the basement baths: vent cover, sink pop up 4. bed sheets in the basement bedrooms were not clean/dry 5. the glass door facing neighbor's house in the master bed missing cover/curtain

Family Reunion
Overall, the property suited us very well! The game room was perfect for the kids and the bunk rooms worked out very well! We had trouble with not having hot water for showers. I’d suggest adding another hot water heater or an on demand system. The basement bathroom sinks were clogged during our entire stay. The hot tub was serviced while we’re there and never got warm enough to use after that. Overall, we loved the house! The layout was great for our family!

Unforgettable Family Vacation
The home is big and beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We had an unforgettable time relaxing in the hot tub, making and enjoying meals in the big kitchen and dining room and exploring nearby.

beautiful location!
We had a wonderful visit. The communication ahead of time and throughout our time in the home was next level! it's a great location backs to a hiking trail, and fabulous outdoor spaces front and back. Huge kitchen and family room area with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We had 11 adults there very comfortably. My only negative feedback would be that there were quite a few things that just needed a simple repair - door knobs, screens, light switches, things like that. It's a GREAT house overall!

Christmas in Keystone
Beautiful home with beautiful views (when it snows). I was actually quite pleased. Some furniture (bedrooms) and flooring (carpet) had been updated from the pictures online and very nice. The property manager was very responsive and actually reached out to me once we arrived to see if anything was needed and any issues (only 1 shower head needing to be replaced) was handled promptly. An extra plus was the visit we got from the red fox we believe lives under the house. We will return!

This house is amazing
This house is AMAZING! There were little surprises to the house that was not advertised. The advertisement only listed one restroom in for the lower level. However both bunkbed rooms have there own restroom! Major plus! And there is a shower in the room that the sauna is in. There were a bunch of little things that mad the stay a little annoying. The garage is used as a storage so if your planning on parking in it, its a no go! There were bugs smashed on the walls in 2 of the restrooms within the home. And in one of the bunkbed room there sheets were not clean. 5 of the beds had dirty linen in which on of them had blood on the sheets and pillowcases. Im not sure if the cleaning crew automatically assume that children would be sleeping there so there is no need to pay attention to the sheets. In the same bunk bed room there was blood and hair on the floor in the restroom. (After calling housekeeping they were able to come out and see all of these things, cleaning the restroom and changing the linen in the room, However they never cleaned the huge dead bugs off the walls.) In the backyard there is a hot tub and a heater device. We were told by maintenance that neither one worked which was a huge bummer. There was a no burn order so we couldnt use the fire pit outside to sit around. And another things that was almost a deal breaker was on the main level but the backdoors there is a side door that is off by itself behind a small end table. At night when checking all of the door to make sure they were all locked this particular door was not locked and we could not get it to lock. We had to push the sofa in front of it which still did not give us a sense of security. But overall there was a ton of room for everyone to have their own space. We had a amazing time.

AVOID THIS PLACE: Deferred maintenance is still a massive problem here
The 3 star review from Aug 2021 gave me pause as the time approached for our stay. I called in advance and asked if the issues had been addressed (one month later!). I spoke with Mia from Summit Mountain Retreats who ASSURED ME up and down that everything was "handled". She later called me to let me know that the hot tub would be worked on during the weekend and she hoped it would be ready for our stay when we got there. Well, it wasn't. And neither was all of the other things previously mentioned: * Damp smell in basement (very strong) * Loose faucet handles and spouts in many bathrooms * 12" rip in felt from pool table (unusable really) * Hot tub offline and cold * Backyard a mess (not cleaned up, tipi is a disaster) * Garage is filled on one half making it impossible to use both bays * Front patio cushions still ripped and stained with feces * Carpet upstairs is stretched and a tripping hazard During the stay, getting the management company to call me back was a challenge (we had questions about things like the fire pit, and they never ever answered them). Escalating something to management went to a black hole, every time. Taken individually, any of these isn't grounds for a scathing review but given the fact they've done little to nothing about these issues since August, it's really unconscionable that they continue to charge this price for the place and do nothing in return for it. The only thing going for this place is the location and the fact you can sleep a lot of people there. That's it. If you need it, well, brace for the worst because you'll probably get it. My advice is to find ANOTHER PLACE run by ANOTHER COMPANY because this one is meh at best for the money.

Great Stay!
We rented this for a 3 day business meeting. We felt like we were at a lodge with the rustic Colordao look on the interior. With 8 bedrooms/baths we had plenty of room to stretch out. The furniture is a bit outdated but was comfortable all around. I would definitly rent this place again!

Lots of space, great open floor plan for large group
The location of this home and the layout are fantastic. Open kitchen/dining/living area (2 living areas with tons of seating) makes it great for family reunions with lots of bedrooms and dedicated teen space in the basement with bunk rooms and teen living area. Many master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms makes it ideal for family reunions with several couples. Great hot tub area out the back side of home. Quiet location in Keystone area yet close to many activity hot spots such as Breckenridge and Vail. The home is very close to a bike path with connections throughout Summit county. Two kitchen sink areas and two dishwashers are great amenities to service large groups. The house is "worn out" in many areas - badly stained carpets and cushions on outside seating, walls very dirty and in need of painting, bedding and furniture is severely outdated in bedrooms. Half the garage is filled (stacked) with junk including three non-functional refrigerators. The garage is essentially unavailable for any parking (there is ample space outside for parking). These items detract from making this rental outstanding given the layout and overall spaciousness of the home, and really shouldn't exist given the rental rate of the home.

Huge cabin but not maintained
This cabin is huge and can definitely accommodate 27 people easily. However, it was not maintained at all. It was sad to see that the owners or whoever manages it does not put maintenance into the property. It is a bit dirty as well. The listing says 2 cars can fit in garage but you can definitely not fit any cars in there. I knew this going in from the reviews but feel they should be transparent in their listing.

Overall the stay was uh-mazing! Just one minor suggestion - the grill was absolutely filthy. A couples guys tried to clean it for some time but it was just too dirty. Lastly, we do wish check out was at 11:00am. 10:00 is pretty early for such a big house. We were scrambling. Other then that truly no complaints. We would return!

Not Clean but it worked.
The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to our trip but we weren't super jazzed when we got there. The place was pretty dirty and we also didn't have things like trash bags or dish detergent. We struggled with locking/unlocking the front door and noticed it was broken at the top. And then we could never get one of the back doors to lock at all. Could use some work and a deep clean.

Spacious and beautiful
The place is perfect for a bigger family or group with all the bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is perfectly in the mountains and only a 10 min drive to the slopes! Would highly recommend!

Good location but lacks care and amenities
Positives: - Location, location, location. Very convenient to ski slopes. - Home is very large and can accommodate large groups. - Great mountain setting - Property management group was top notch. Checked in repeatedly and when we needed anything, they delivered. Negatives Home is not very well cared for. We noted several issues including; - Many light bulbs burned out or missing - Showers had mildew and didn't feel very clean - Bed spreads were dirty. Some with what appeared to be paint and others with hair on them - Garage is a disaster. Marketed as a 2 car garage but not the case. One side was full of junk (wish I could post the picture) and not usable. The other side was blocked by additional junk and the refrigerator. - whirlpool water was green and appeared it needed to be drained and refilled - Both washer machines needed maintenance. One didn't drain and the other leaked - The kitchen lacked key amenities. (Trash bags, paper towels, cookie sheets, pot holders, etc...) - Several humidifiers didn't work. (Management company addressed immediately with replacements) - Pots and pans were dirty and greasy. Who knows when they were cleaned last. - Family room TV didn't have a remote and the picture would unexpectedly go off. - MB had an exterior door, facing neighbors, with no curtain or privacy protection. (We hung a sheet over the window) - The outdoor grill was unusable because it hadn't been cleaned. - Outlets in MB didn't work - Game tables in basement are in poor shape and really not usable. (missing pool balls, uneven pool table, Foosball table lacked a couple players, no darts for dart board) Overall, we were extremely disappointed in the overall care for the home. It is clear the owner has very little pride in the home which is a shame because the potential is there.

Amazing house for group of friends or family
Had a amazing stay the area is so beautiful, the house has everything you could need with tons of areas to hang out. the hot tub was amazing really big and even though outside felt great. only issue we had is we couldnt use the Sauna as the breaker kept shutting off so we stopped trying

Great for family reunions
We have a large family with 14 grandchildren. Every other year we have a ski trip in December. We've moved from one large home to another as the family grows. This fit the bill. It is more worn than the pictures show--typical for anyone's home. We really enjoyed having rooms for all the couples and bunks in the basement for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't have any problems while cooking meals. One thing that was so impressive was the response of the management to minor problems. A couple of the windows had no mechanisms to lock the pane once it was rolled in. They had someone out at 8pm to fix it. He even brought two portable heaters in case we needed more warmth with temps in the teens. After we left, they found some items we had forgotten. They were saved and given to us when we returned a week later. This is an unusually responsive management group. Parking: there is room in the garage for one car. We had 6 total and could have easily fit 2-4 more in their spacious driveway.

Great for staff retreat!
I booked this location for a staff retreat of 20 people. It far exceeded my expectations, especially given some of the previous reviews of the property. The house was extremely clean, including the kitchen and all bathrooms. This house has been well loved by many renters - there are rugs that need to be replaced and stains on carpets, but the furnishings are cozy and comfortable (many remarked how well they slept); lots of additional blankets, towels, etc.! There was ample amount of space between all three floors in which to spread out; the long hallways on the second floor made for a great yoga class space. The master suite is worth mentioning as it is not featured in the photos - the windows and views are spectacular with a lovely king sized bed and a couch that pulls out into a sofa bed for more sleeping accommodations; there is also a soaking tub in its spacious bathroom. I am already keeping an eye on our calendar so we can return the same time next year!

Wonderful Weekend in the Mountains!
Our vacation rental experience with you was amazing! We enjoyed the location and views-close to great shopping, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. We had an easy check in and out-also easy communication with managers was a plus. The home was spectacular, roomy, fun, well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed almost everything about our stay and would highly recommend to others. But a few small repairs in the dings in walls and some cleaning of dirty rugs and carpets (especially the white patio furniture) would help with the negative first impression. Replacing a few of the ratty rugs on the decks and soiled patio furniture would be a huge improvement. Just throw them away! Also the carpets and rugs throughout the building were very dirty, as well as the water in the hot tub was really GROSS! A larger area to discard trash would be a bonus as well. But overall great experience! Thank you!

No internet, no TV, broken toilets
Unfortunate I had 4 guests that were not even able to stay at the house as they had important work calls and matters to attend to and without the internet they could not stay. Also due to the issue and many guests had to drive to other condos to communicate since the service is so spotty, internet is the only option for some folks. We also had 2 guests in the sports industry and the TVs also did not work. In addition two toilets were broken.

Perfect location for meeting!
Overall this was a great spot to host a meeting for the 9 of us. The main level is extremely roomy, we used the TV to connect to meetings and presentations. Enough rooms for all of us to spread out. The only disappointment was having to book the room for an additional night just to guarantee we could check out late (so no one even used the house for one night but we had to pay). There was no negotiating on this.

Family Vacation
Took a family vacation to Keystone for a week and stayed in this home with 22 other people. The house was nice, but it was not maintained the greatest. Missing/broken pieces to games, a very squeaky bed and tub in one room upstairs, loose toilet seat, and a shower that didn't drain well. We had a few little issues with cleanliness in specific areas. I did address this right away and it was taken care of for the most part. We never got to use the sauna because upon arrival there were dirty dishes store in it so it had never been cleaned. Bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans to utilize for cooking. I liked how the house was laid out.....made the rooms a little more private. Overall, if there were a few fixes and cleaned better in certain areas, the house would have been impeccable.

nice property, but...
this is a huge house with lots of amenities in a great location. However, one bed had cheetos in it from a previous renter and the windows wouldn't open in many of the rooms. I question the cleanliness. The property manager offered to bring sheets but we were leaving. they also said they would report the windows to maintenance, but our stay was hot. Otherwise, a good property.
