property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning
property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Great place, close to the slopes
Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

Great spot
We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Great visit!
Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

disappointing
Disappointing Review: Garage ceiling was leaking and bulging. Entry way was dirty. Deck with grill on was full of snow and it was thawing causing the garage to have a leak. The shower floors were not clean. The rugs in the bathrooms look like they weren't even shaken. They needed to be washed, When we have to pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be clean when we come in. We all adjusted and cleaned as needed to stay there. Again will not recommend or use again! Bed linen appeared dirty we washed some of the linen to make it sleep able. Primary Issue: There were issues with more than one of these

Pictures make it appear better than it is.
While the heat worked well and there was enough room for us, the rest was very disappointing. Hot tub only large enough to fit one or two people. Decor old and worn a not kept up. We could not park in the garage with a ski rack and had to park next to an huge snow pile where the plows from the parking lot next door left the snow. So hard to get in and out of the car and couldn’t park in the garage. Plus the garage door needs to be fixed (the bottom is warped and contributing to the lack of access). Overall the place was just very old and neglected. The amount we paid was about three times what I would have paid for such accommodations. I would rate this a 2 star accommodation. We do not plan on booking this one again. I recommend to lower the price since it is over priced for what it is.

Hi Grace sorry that this home was not up to your standards. However all of the pictures for this listing are current and up to date. The garage is a standard size and most vehicles do fit, were sorry yours did not with a ski rack on it. I hope we can make it up to you in the future!

easy ski access
My immediate family and extended family had a lovely time staying here. It was so close to the ski shuttle to keystone and ski rental store. We had a great weekend filled with joy and laughter. Wonderful property.

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way
My family and I (husband, 3 daughters and their husband's, and 6 grandkids ages 8 years to 7 months old) decided to spend the holiday in the mountains. The property was perfect for the 14 of us. Enough good sized bedrooms for all the adults with comfortable beds, plus the loft which the older kids loved sleeping in. The location was good ~ close to Keystone village with shops, restaurants and a playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen was a little small for 14 of us, but we managed. Recommend providing more than one dish towel and dish cloth. Definitely recommend this townhome.

Nice weekend in Keystone
The property was a great choice for our large group of 10 adults with its 4 separate bedroom/bathroom suites. Very nice kitchen area as well. We were a bit worried about road noise since the condo backs up to the road but it was not too bad.

Great Family Reunion Location
The location of this property was perfect for our mini family reunion of 3 families from CA, CO, and NE. It was just over a half a mile to the Keystone Village where we attended the Bacon and Bourbon Fest. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and host large family dinners every night. Hiking, golf, shopping., and restaurants were all conveniently located in Keystone and the surrounding towns. We had an amazing time!

Great fit!
What a beautiful home with a ton of space. We loved how it was separated and divided up in rooms on what floors to keep the gentleman separate from the ladies. So many windows and so much light it was nice to have natural light. The young adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was incredibly well stalked, although it wouldn't hurt to have some more hand towels and washcloths for in there. A couple warnings: 1. Although it's wonderful to have the garage and an additional third spot on the side, You should know that if you have a larger SUV it will not fit in the garage, and 2. Beware of your neighbors in #20. They are incredibly hateful and rude, they will park in your third spot and refuse to leave stating that it is their spot as well, leaving you to have to pay $20 to park in the hotel next door. We are very grateful that SkyRun reimbursed our $20 and they're supposed to check with the HOA about that third spot. Overall we had an amazing time and its close enough to trails, stores, the water, and restaurants. I would recommend this property and hopefully the neighbor's situation will be handled for the future.

Group Ski/Board Trip
We had an awesome trip with a group of couples from our hometown in Chicago. Half of us snowboarded, and the other half explored the town, snow tubed, and ice skates over the weekend. You’ll be pretty comfortable with around 12 people staying. Everything was great except the grill lid was broken, and I would recommend another doormat right below the stairs in the entry way. Thanks for the stay.

Great overall stay!
Our family had a great stay at this property. It was large enough for everyone in our party of 12. The location was great. It was well stocked with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. There are some improvements that need to be made though to make this a better property. The biggest is the bedding. New bedding needs to be brought in including mattresses. Also the carpets on the first floor needs replacing. Other than that, it is a great place for a large family.

Great location
We had a group of 11 ladies for a girls trip. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. 10 minute walk to River Run. The living area/kitchen is a lot small than it appears in pictures. The kitchen can really only accommodate 1 person and only seating for 5 on the couches. Although we didn’t use it the hot tub could probably only fit 3 people. The kitchen could use an upgrade. Only 1 big skillet. The ice maker didn’t work. Eric from the management company was great. Sleeping arrangements were a little tight for our group but would be good for kids. Overall a nice property.

Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen and baths!
Location was close to an amazing pizza place and brewery as well as restaurants, liquor and groceries. The hot tub was a treat! Glad there were so many beds and a 2 car garage with an additional space outside.

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed out stay at Mountain House. The house was spacious, clean, and plenty of room for everyone. The views were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed all the meals in the home. The hot tub was perfect along with games to accommodate everyone for an additional activity while relaxing at the house.

Ski holiday
The condo was perfect for our family as we celebrated my husbands birthday. Plenty of space for all of us to come together and yet, have some "alone" time if needed. Close proximity to the slopes. We loved it!

Gorgeous condo
The condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for our group. Hot tub on the porch was a bit small but very convenient. Road noise was a bit of a problem .Overall, great stay.

Great for a group
We were in Keystone for a conference with a group of 6. It was perfect in proximity to the conference center. This early in the ski season parking was not an issue (we all came separately) but I can see it possibly being a problem after ski season gets underway. The unit is comfortable and fairly well stocked with cooking, eating and drinking implements.

Family Reunion at Keystone
Great property for medium to large group. Can spread out in several individual rooms, but also gather in the dining/living room area. We have one issue with no hot water, but resolved quickly by property manager. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

It was perfect for our holiday weekend. 4 couples with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was so nice. It was very clean. Hot tub is very small for the amount of people it holds. Also the traffic noise was fairly loud in the master bedroom.

There was only one kitchen towel, with large parties there is definetly a need for more. Only one cookie sheet which could be replaced and more than one would be helpful with larger parties using the rental. Overall we were ver satisfied with this property.

The condo was a perfect size fit for our group. Everyone had their own bathroom.
Their were some maintenance issues. The slow draining shower was addressed immediately. The trundle bed missing a few bolts was not. We were able to rig it to fit our use of it. The carbon monoxide and smoke detectors required batteries so chirpped at us one night. Enjoyed the hot tub. The 2 bunk bed rooms fit our needs perfectly and once again the 5 bathrooms were wonderful. Enjoyed Keystone altogether.

Beautiful townhome!
We rented this townhome over Christmas and it was perfect for our party of 15. We had plenty of room. The hottub was great to come back to after a day of skiing/snowboarding! The furnishings in the place were wonderful. Honestly, the only complaint we had was that the kitchen wasn't stocked with very many dishtowels and we had to grab a couple hand towels from one of the bathrooms...clearly not that big of an inconvenience! :) We would definitely stay here again!

Really great cabin for a large group
Our check-in process was easy and as well as the directions clear to follow. The cabin was ready a little early and was well cleaned (sheets, towels, floors, bathrooms) - Kudos to the staff. They even offered a free CD library from which renters can select titles. The cabin itself is large and fairly spacious although it is a tri-level condo, so there is a lot of running up/down the stairs. The furniture, beds and other fixed items in the unit are fully functional and our group of 8 felt very comfortable. The hot-tub only seats two, but having a tub is a real plus after a full day of skiing. The unit also has a reasonable view of the ski-slopes from across Highway 6. You can either drive or walk (12 minutes) to the slopes. Driving is nice, but Keystone still has a lengthy walk between the parking lot and the slopes (paid parking eliminates the walk). Our only suggestion are the kitchen appliances, plates and silverware. We never ran short, but just barely had enough for our group of 8 running the dishwasher twice each day. Other upgraded units in the area tend to have nicer accessories, knives, pots, plates and other kitchen equipment. Again not a serious setback, but would recommend the owner add to the collection (we ended up buying additional kitchen towels and a hot pad). We would definitely stay again!
