This guest did have an unfortunate stay although her real issue was not with the condo but with the absolutely terrible skiing conditions she experienced during her stay. This was due to the warmest and driest December on record with Keystone only having 20% of the mountain open during peak season. The only real issue she had with the condo that was legitimate was the floor not having been swept properly, this was addressed immediately with my crew returning to the condo very promptly. I do feel some of her comments do need clarification: The kitchen faucet works perfectly, it just is missing a small cap at the top which covers the set screw. There are two small, patched, screw holes in the bathroom from an old towel ring. There are two large closets with 10 hangers each, all of the bedding is washed every visit and I use duvets. The windows and blinds are all operational, I do think one of the blinds was missing the twist stick. And finally the temperature is controlled by the guest with a thermostat and the heat is hot water radiant which adds moisture to the air unlike forced air. I do wish this guest had better enjoyed themself but having had to endure her tirades of the mountain being such a disappointment I felt I did not need to compensate for Mother Nature.

Hi Dave, I am really sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The cleaning issue you experienced, was caused by you checking in 3 hours early and without my knowledge which caused my inspector to not be able to enter and do her job. It was unfortunate that you did not follow my instructions so that this simple issue could have been avoided. I would say that these condos are a challenge for a stay as long as yours, they were not really built to be lived in and are better for 7 nights or less. The kitchen is small and well equipped with full size appliances but certainly not every tool like you would find at home. The soaps, bedding and towels could all have been replenished but you never requested anything during your stay. I have never had a complaint about the elevator which is not in the bedroom but understandably near nor any complaints of the bed making noise but I appreciate the feedback and will see what I can do.

Hi Joe, thanks for taking the time to leave my condo a review. I'm sorry for the confusion with the VRBO app sending old information, it was a technical glitch they assure me has been fixed. I do prefer my guests always call me with any issues because the messaging can be slow on the app and if you are stuck trying to get in I am here to help 24h a day. I did also have the humidifier delivered to you that morning, unfortunately my cleaner placed it in the entry closet which you probably did not check in, so I apologize for that lack of communication.
