Thank you for sharing your much-valued feedback with us. We’re extremely gutted to learn that you did not have a positive experience! This is an uncommon instance as the vast majority of our guests trust us with their stay and enjoy their experience with us to the fullest. We have reached out to this guest directly in efforts to make this right, and have not received a response. We apologize for the inconvenience the fridge caused this guest, this fridge has not given us troubles since and everything is in good working order. We do urge our guests to contact us immediately when issues arise so that our staff can take care of it promptly. Unfortunately, it seems like another unit was performing some remodeling during this guests stay, this is something that is out of our control. However, if guests hear noise beyond quiet hours please alert our staff and someone will get that reported to resort security. We hope that you come back to see how we’ve implemented your feedback.
