We loved our stay! The location is so perfect for hitting the slopes and enjoying the Village at Keystone. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Wonderful!

Nice place great location

The unit was exactly as described, the TVs worked well with cable, the fireplace was nice and the location was fantastic with a short walk to the gondola.

Fantastic location!

Location is a top priority of mine and this one couldn’t have been better! Carrying ski equipment can be challenging, especially for our 2 young daughters, but this location made it so easy! Highly recommend!

Amazing location, cozy & super convenient!

We stayed here for a week and had the best time! Check in / out was easy and there’s tons of space. The best part is how close you are to the Gondola (& also the daycare if that’s important to you!) The host even organized a pack & play for our infant daughter to sleep in. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back 💕

Loved our Stay in Blackbear!

As close to the lifts as one can be and everything from check in to parking, made our stay in Blackbear Lodge perfect. The unit was clean and comfy and the support by the owner and property management were first rate (we extended our stay at the last minute due to a snowstorm and everything worked like clockwork despite the chaos of the bad weather.) We will definitely come back and stay again next time we come skiing.

Location location location!

We’ve stayed in River Run several times but this was by far the closest to the slopes. Black bear is right at the end of the street and just a very short walk to the gondola. The hot tub is right outside and easily accessible too. The heated parking garage is also a lovely feature. The condo was very clean, the king bed extremely comfy and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Construction right out the window.

Our view was of a large construction site. We were awakened at 7:45am on Saturday by work. We should have been told about the construction and at least been offered a discount on the lodging.

Perfect location

Perfectly located, short walk to Gondola. We liked not being too high up in the building more or less right above the locker room, very convenient especially with kids. Master bedroom window is facing the hot tub. If you are very noise sensitive this can be a no. Most evenings nobody was in the tub and the few times bigger groups gathered they stuck to the house rule and left by 10:00 so no problem. The pro ia: you always see if the hot tub is available. Condo has everything you need, we cooked every evening for a family of 4.

Black Bear Condo - 2nd Floor

Wasnt very pleasant. Unit is located on the second floor right above the hot tub. People in the hot tub were loud and would remain there after it closed. Had to open the window and ask them to leave on a few occasions. The unit also had exposed patches where it appeared work had been done but was then not repainted. There was also constant noise most of the day and evening from construction going on very close to the unit. Difficult sleeping. Would not stay there again.

Great location but some minor problems.

This location was great. It's a very short walk to the gondola and restaurants in River Run. The condo was fine for a family of four but it's not big by any means. There is access to a locker for ski storage which was great. There were a few negatives. We found a used wet wash cloth in the bathtub and a used cue tip on a table in the living room. That's pretty gross if you ask me and definitely raises concerns about how well the condo is cleaned between stays. The temperature in the condo was VERY warm. We had the heat off completely during our stay and we still had to open windows to keep from being to warm...in January. Finally, the hot tub outside was pretty gross. It did not look like it had been cleaned recently. Overall, I would stay here again since the size of the condo worked well for our family and the location was great. If we had similar cleanliness issues again, I would look for other options.

Right at the gondola!

Great mountain views and right by the gondola! We loved the location and the king mattress is the most comfortable we've enjoyed in a long time.

Great location and stay

A little trouble checking in do to the checking-in email either getting sent to spam or what, but the owner and the management quickly resolved it with one phone call. Loved the location and the view - would definitely use them again!

Love this condo!

This condo is close to gondola and Inxspot. Very nice and convenient to everything in the village. We have stayed here more than once and will be back again!

Great apartment

We stayed over spring break. To start we arrived a couple of hours before check in and the property management was very accommodating and we were able to get in early. The apartment was great. I liked being on the mountain side away from the town because it was quieter. The walk to the gondola area was easy even with my 8 year old in ski boots. Having the ski locker downstairs was also a huge plus. I really liked everything about the apartment and location. I would definitely stay here again.
