Proximity to gondola, shops, dining couldn’t have been more perfect. Amenities were great, nothing fancy but clean, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Elevators had issues the entire time we were there so long wait times when the lifts opened and closed and stairs up to 4th floor with ski boots was rough.

Despite the lack of snow, we had a wonderful time! The condo was spacious with two bedrooms and a living room. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. We used the kitchen for the entirety of our stay and it was equipped with what we needed. Best location to the village and Gondola. The parking garage was a huge bonus! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Keystone.

Perfect location, very spacious

Great location for skiing, parking is great too. The condo was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn't like was the check-in process as you have to drive to a different location to pick up your keys. Other than that it was great.

Perfect ski getaway

This place was perfect for our group of four. Everything was as advertised. The condo is right in the middle of River Run Village. It’s a quick walk to the gondola so you’re skiing in no time. Highly recommend

Pleasantly surprised

I picked this property because it was affordable for my family. It didn’t have any recent reviews so I was nervous. The property was great very clean and comfortable. Had what we needed in the kitchen. The property management company was also very easy to work with. I would recommend staying here

Management takes a lot away from an otherwise awesome experience

The property itself is fabulous -- a lovely, spacious condo right in River Run village. The hot tub was great and not too busy since they have 3 of them. The price is high, but that is to be expected for a great space in a location like that. There were some things we didn't expect though, and weren't really happy about: - The management company requires you to sign a very lengthy contract in addition to the standard Vrbo agreement. It's like you're signing for a 6 month lease, not a 1 night stay. - Vrbo confirmed my rental was booked, and I didn't immediately see the emails about the extra contract. The management company threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't sign that extra contract right away, causing me stress over a reservation that had already been confirmed. - You have to pick up the keys at a different location, and your keys are accessible to others sharing the same keycode. It'd be easy for someone to steal the keys to multiple properties and just try every door until one works. - You can't check in until 4:30, so we got to our room at 4:45 and were surprised to find the cleaning staff in our room. They left immediately, so whatever they didn't finish cleaning before we arrived was left uncleaned. Overall it's a great condo but these issues really took away from the experience. I'd save some money and go elsewhere next time, Keystone is a short drive from anywhere you can stay in Dillon and you don't need to stay on the resort to have a great time.

Overall this was a great property. There were games for the kids and everything worked. We locked ourselves out and they were able to send someone to open it in 20 minutes. Not bad!

great location to river run, clean and as described

Stay was great. Condo had everything we needed. One minor property (loose towel holder) that I alerted the maintenance team to but opted to wait for repair until after our departure as it was a minor detail. Received a couple of text (that I appreciated) at the beginning of stay, in the middle of the stay, and at the end of stay to see if we needed anything. Very easy to communicate with via text. Only part that bothered me was that there is no divider/door between the master bathroom and the master bedroom. My spouse and I woke at different times and showered/got ready for the day at different times. There was no way of not disturbing the other person who is asleep. Maybe a curtain rod with the ability to pull a curtain across the "open" door area to block the light/noise would be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in this condo!

Perfect location, great property!

This condo is conveniently located with only a short walk to the gondola and the heart of River Run's restaurants, shops and pubs. We used all three hot tubs while we were there! The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners were really communicative and responsive. Great place for our family vacation! We hope to come back again!

Great Location, Condo rundown

First trip to Keystone and loved the skiing. The condo is in a great location just about a football field walk to the main lift. The condo is very run down and really needs some remodeling. I have stayed at Motel 6’s that were better kept. The checkin process was difficult as I could not get the lockbox to open. Eventually I was able after multiple attempts. The owners really need to replace the kitchen chairs before someone falls when they sit on them. It seemed like every condo around had their hot tub open except for this resort , did not read anywhere on the website that it was being closed along with the pool. All in All, had great time skiing but did not enjoy the accommodations

Perfect location for family skiing!

This property was perfect for our family (two adults and two children (8 and 11). We loved being right in the River Run village close to all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated how close the condo was to the gondola. The unit was clean, well appointed, and we loved the layout. Access to the ski locker in the lobby area was very convenient and much appreciated. We will be back next year!
