This place was great for a small friend group to stay in. The only thing worth commenting on is the check-in process that’s off-site. A little weird but it only takes a few minutes.

Spring break

Keystone is a regular for us. And we love expedition station in river run village. This property was perfect for our small family trip. The property manager was great and provided an air mattress when the couch bed was out of commission and left a pack n play at request for no additional charge for our baby.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about the unit was perfect for our family spring break skiing trip to Keystone! The location was perfect and an easy walk to River Run lifts and gondola! We will definitely be back!

Good condo and location

My family of 5 just stayed for 3 days of skiing. The location is good. It's only about 1/4 mile walk through River Run Village to the gondola. The condo itself is very tight. There isn't much room to put suitcases or dressers to put clothes into. The "master closet" has fans and a vacuum cleaner that take up much of the space. The pull out couch needs to be replaced. The kitchen/kitchenware is worn and dated. With all that being said, the bed in the master is very comfortable and the murphy bed is very nice as well. The bathrooms are spacious. We got creative with the given space and it worked out fine. The property management company was great. They texted on the first morning asking if everything was alright. I informed them that the 2 humidifiers were both broken. They brought 2 brand new ones by noon that day. Overall, I would stay here again as it is priced appropriately relative to the other places in the immediate location and the convenience of being in the village in nice.

Great place!

This was a really great place to stay. The only downside was that the skating rink was closed and we could not find anybody to help with it during our 4 day stay. Otherwise, we loved it and will be staying again if we get back to the area!

This is a nice property with great hot tub, fireplace and 2 BATHROOMS. It can sleep 6 but that would be tight. When we were there in fall it was very quiet and relaxing. I bet it would be much noisier in ski season.

Nice location - hot tub and pool open

It was as advertised, we slept well there. Some folks on our floor didn't get the memo about smoking pot inside, the hallway reeked of freshly burnt marijuana. It wouldn't have killed them to crack a window or smoke on the balcony but I guess that's part of the Colorado experience. Regardless, it was a pleasnt place overall and kid appropriate. Also, large vehicles need to be very careful parking, the spots are tight in the basement garage.

Maintenance Needed

We arrived to a tub full of dirty water. The tub was clogged and they sent someone that night who cleared the tub of water however they did not clear the clog and the tub was left full of grim and still unusable. When I tired to use the hairdryer in the unit it caught on fire. The first skillet we pulled out to use had been put away without being washed and the only seasoning in the unit was pepper. When my son was asleep part of the blinds fell on him in the middle of the night and then water begin leaking inside from a higher window in the unit onto the sofa. When we were packing we looked under the bed to check for socks...big mistake it was filthy. The beds were comfortable, we had to functioning toilets' and the slopes rocked but this unit needs some basic maintenance and a deep deep clean.

Nice place!

I really enjoyed this location that was slopeside to River River on Keystone. Although the walk and ski boots and gear from the room all the way to the left was a bit long, it was certainly a manageable 5 minutes. More like a huge hotel, rooms were nice and we could not really hear our neighbors a good soundproofing. We liked the look at the place (cool bear motif), kitchen was nice, good 4man kitchen table, and the couch was comfortable for our youngest son. Lots of amenities and board games were available, although I would’ve preferred a spice rack if possible or some condiments. Bedroom and second bathroom was nice. Comfortable king size bed and 2d TV. Access to the pool and Jacuzzi was great to have after a day of skiing. Our kids enjoyed the workout room, spa, and the pool table as well. My only complaint would be the high cost of cleaning fees and VRBO fees, placing a two night stay at $XXX (censored by VRBO) a night as too expensive. Overall however the place was nice

Ideal location

We enjoyed a couple nights here in this nicely decorated condo. Perfect size for 2 people. Easy access from parking garage. Many attractions of this area are within a few minutes away.
