Great location in heart of River Run Village. Nice to have hot tub and pool on site. Loved the soft towels. Refrigerator was loud and blinds need repair. Other than that, stay was great.

Quick weekend ski trip

Perfect location for walking for food and to the gondola. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

1. I didn't like having to drive around to one place in a small town to get check-in stuff. The folks were super nice, however. 2. I'm a coffee drinker but I came to ski, not search around for decent coffee. What was provided was thin and of poor quality. Next time, I'll bring my own.

Great location!

This property is in a great location close to the gondola and shops/restaurants. There are three hot tubs to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again!

We always stay at the Dakota Condos. Easy access to the slopes for skiing and 2 amazing hot tubs and heated pool.

Very nice place

close to the gondola in River Run, very convenient park garage, the kitchen is full equipped. The jacuzzi is amazing viewing the mountain Im coming back

This condo is in an excellent location, just steps away from the gondola and bars and restaurants! A couple things inside could use maintenance, but overall, it was perfect for our one-night, family of 4 getaway!

Cozy Getaway

Ideal little 1 bedroom condo space. Convenient underground parking and ease to shops and nearby restaurants. Very close to the pool. We would come back and stay again.

Only issue is that there aren’t keys for the ski locker so you have to bring your skied inside each evening (or check it at the ski storage near the gondola for $5/night)

The hot tubs and sauna were great after the long ski days. The condo was very well stocked with just about every necessity you could think of. My only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress, but overall we enjoyed our time at the Dakota Lodge very much and would definitely stay here again.

Great early season stay

My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.

Needs maintenance

Fireplace and heat didn’t work . Maintenance to garage forced us to park outside. Prefer expedition station.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Dakota Lodge was exactly what my two boys and I wanted. The space was tight with all of our bags and gear, but we made it work just fine. We wanted easy access to the lifts, River Run Village, and a great view of the mountain. This spot delivered, and there was a small gas or electric fire place that created instant heat, and that was nice after a day in which h cold. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

There were a couple blind slats that were missing, so a little more light came in, but otherwise it was private and relatively dark for sleeping. The queen bed was harder than I like, but I’d rather have a harder mattress than one that you sink towards the other person. The pillows and cushions were very nice. The kitchen pans and appliances allowed for cooking flexibility (crockpot, blender, pots, pans, teapot,...).
