Absolutely love this location! The condo was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The only things thing bothered us a bit was that both showers could use a re-grout due to dirt/black mold and the blow dryer was dirty. Also, the comforter in the second bedroom was worn out and had holes in it. But otherwise, it was great!

This condo reeks of cigarette smoke. It’s not as though the tenants before us were smoking, it’s deeply embedded in the walls and furniture. I would never stay here again for any reason.
What appears to be smoke stains in the walls.

Location is great but building is under construction.

The location is great. Condo should not be advertised as luxury…..it’s dated and not functional. (Old appliances, old furniture, bathroom tiles were moldy, looked like it needed a deep clean. Master light switches don’t turn anything on. There are only 2 dim lamps in each bedroom for lighting.) It would have been courteous to let us and future visitors know that the building is under construction and to be prepared for loud noises, horrible smells, equipment everywhere, plastic over all the floors, missing drywall throughout hallways, and construction workers. Fire alarms went off twice while we were there, (5 days). We had to evacuate the building and wait for the fire department to tell us that the construction crew accidentally set it off. I messaged SCMR. They were not aware of the construction.

Easy Slope Access!

We loved how easy it was to get to the slopes from this property. Made swinging by for lunch or apres before night skiing a breeze! Only reason for four stars vs. five was the fireplace wasn’t working when we arrived and the lodge has some construction inside that is a bit unseemly. Don’t let this deter you from booking, it was well worth it!

Great location and comfy housing

This property has a great spot right next to the lifts up keystone. It is right in the heart of the keystone village and makes it super easy to get on the slopes

Jackpine Lodge #8007

We were very happy with our stay in the 2-bedroom Jackpine #8007. It was just four of us, but the condo provided plenty of room to spread out. We always enjoy staying in River Run with the short walk to the gondola, let alone access to the food, shopping, and snacks that the kids just love. This particular stay at Jackpine made it even easier with the ability to literally walk out the door and grab a crepe, or go across the street for a coffee. The condo was in great shape and clean. Check-in and check-out was easy and Summit County Mountain Retreats kept us in the loop through text messaging which was extremely useful. They replied quickly to our questions and checked in with us to verify we weren't having any issues. The availability of jenga and board games passed the time with the kids when we weren't out on the slopes. Just an overall nice time.

Great location, about as close to gondola as you can get

This was our first time to Keystone. It was me, a friend, and our three teens. We stayed 4 nights. We skiied 2 days and did tubing and a sleigh ride the other day (both of which were good options, albeit pricey). PROS - The location was awesome - super close to the gondola, close to restaurants and ski rental shops and shops. We loved the on-site hot tub and steam room (the sauna was out of order). We also used the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Dakota Lodge, which was a nice option. CONS - We took an airport shuttle in, so it was a minor inconvenience to have to ask everyone to make an additional stop to pick up our key cards. (You get your keys offsite before heading to the condo.) The condo also needs additional drinking glasses. We found ourselves drinking out of wine glasses all weekend. OTHER -The town of Keystone is small in comparison to some of the other resorts we've visited (Vail, Breck, Park City). There are some shops and restaurants, but don't know that I'd want to stay there for more than a long weekend.

Convenient location

This condo unit is conveniently located steps away from the River Run gondola and ski school check in. The unit itself was clean with plenty of towels, sheets, tissues. One bathroom blow dryer was out and the other one didn’t drain well enough to shower in but everything else worked well. The balcony is a cute bonus and looks out at the shop/village. Ski lockers on the main floor is so convenient. The garage is covered which would be awesome if weather was bad. The hot tub was out for the duration of our stay which was a bummer because it’s right out of the main floor ski locker area, so close. The unit is dimly lit other than normal lighting in the bathrooms. The fireplace kicks off major heat (restart the pilot light if it’s not working). Overall, for the location we’d stay in Jackpine again.

Great location in Keystone

This is a wonderful property in River Run Village that is SO close to the gondola and mountain as well as to all the village shops and restaurants. Unit is clean and modern and parking is simple. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent location for skiers!!

Location was perfect for our group of skiers and a non-skier. Easy access to slopes that was so close the skiers came back for lunch every day! Our non-skier had access to plenty of shopping, coffee and treats. Although not an on-site check in, it was convenient (we were in and out in minutes). The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed (even a blender for a breakfast smoothie).

Props to housekeeping thumbs down to maintenance

The place was very clean. Good job housekeeping. But the amount of items that needed attention from maintenance was plentiful. All cabinet handles needed a good tighten, barstool top was totally lose, all traps in bathrooms are needing a good clean out, pull out sofa bed is broken so only sleeps 4 not the 6 advertised, radiant baseboard whistles loudly, fireplace doesn’t work either. Maintenance was called multiple times. No call no show. We were there 3 days and luckily I brought an aerobed or else our kids wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. No compensation offered and I feel I was more than kind and understanding. I hate complaining but I would not stay at a property managed by Summit County Mountain retreats again. When you hear “we promise to address” multiple times and call again on check out and there’s no record of anything but the baseboard whistle being called in.

Great location!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at this condo, the location was steps to gondola, and provided a perfect end to the day being right next door to Kickapoo Tavern!! The condo was clean had everything we needed and more! The fireplace didn’t work maintenance fixed it once but it did not turn back on. That was the only issue otherwise great stay!

Great Spot Again

This is our second time in this unit. It’s great having all of the conveniences below us. Kickapoo restaurant, crepe shop, cookie shop, candy store. Can’t get closer to the Gondola from any other village location. The unit has everything you need.
