Location!

Great location and awesome parking. The condo and building are nothing fancy on the inside, but that did not impact our stay. It’s important for guests to know that the windows face the street and parking lot, which means early and loud snow removal. If you’re an early bird and awake by 6am, snow plows won’t be a problem. But, if you like to sleep in while on vacation and its snows, be prepared for an early morning.

2 week Comfortable Stay

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Fans & blankets were great! Could be improved by having Tupperware or plastic storage & some of the cooking pans were at the end of their life.

Exactly what we needed!

It was very good and cozy. We had a lovely stay: they had some board games, good beds, warm water in the shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best things was the ski locker and the short walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and management

The management team is superb in providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the River Run Village. The garage parking was not assigned, but there were plenty of open spots all the time. We had a great time!

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen stock was ok, but scratched up pots and pans. The stove and dishwasher are very low end, but functional. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall served our needs well and the location was a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

Being walking distance to lifts or the shuttle to mountain house was great. Place was quiet and the parking garage was heated. The dishwasher was very loud but other than that the place was great

Great location Keystone access

This unit worked so well for a quick getaway with my kids! The full sized bunk beds and king bed were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The sectional in the family room provided great seating options! The property overlooks the large parking lot but the price for the unit made that an easy thing to ignore. Very easy access to Keystone restaurants and activities in River Run. Thanks for the great stay!

Couldn't ask for a better location

Our entire family enjoyed the condo. Silver Mill is part of River Run Village full of shops and restaurants. We didn't know prior to booking, but while we were there they had the Bluegrass and Beer Festival. We got to try all that the village had to offer. $5 samples. Huge crowd, live music, tons of fun. The condo itself is a bit dated yet very clean. It had everything we needed from pots and pans to an ironing board. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for me... but the rest of my party had no complaints. Make sure to check out Dillon Farmers Market right next to the lake and Frisco... which is just a short drive away. Oh and Breckenridge is pretty close as well. If I could give any advice about this condo. Take the route through Dillon and NOT up the mountain. We drove in the rain up the mountain which was terrifying. We are from Texas and not use to driving in the mountains. Enjoy!

Fun family trip

Our stay was great. The condo was nice and well appointed. Check in was easy, but not a fan of having to go to another building to get keys. Although with so many properties I suppose that’s easiest for the property manager.

Nice place, Heater bad

Overall great unit and location. However, one bedroom was extremely hot, especially at night, and the other was very cold. Temperature settings on the thermostat don't correlate to actual temperature. Could not get gas fireplace to work. Needs more towels for use at hot tub.

Clean, Convenient and Good for Family of Four

The condo was a great size for a family of four with the two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The condo was very clean. There were some maintenance issues that were unattended to when we arrived. They didn’t make our stay less enjoyable, but they should be addressed before the next guest checks in. The location is good and the check-in and check-out process was well communicated. Thank you!

Nothing fancy

Our room was fine for our needs. It wasnt too fancy, but friends of ours had a nicer unit with wood floors and a better view. At the end of the day it had the room we needed with queen bunk beds for our boys. Worst part was the toilets were made for that my people. Can we get rid of the circle toilets?

Silver mill experience - great location

This property is on the front of the building and workers scraped the parking every morning around 6 am. Also, the furnishings were worn and the kitchen utensils need to be updated. However the bed was very comfortable.

Cute place, great location!

This condo was perfect! Right in keystone plaza which made getting to the lifts so easy and hassle free. Directions were easy to follow and the portal the use for the guest was incredibly helpful.

Great location, very close to the river run gondola, food, and shops. Ski locker was nice to put gear in, on the main floor. Spacious unit with nice kitchen. Pool table in the building (missing chalk & rack). We knew the hot tub and pools would be closed, but would have been nice to use them.
