January Get Away

Property is very nice, great location to walk to Gondola. Unit faces the parking lot, so if it snows during the evening during your stay, unless your a very sound sleeper you will be woken up by the sound of the plows and there “back up beeping”.

Great stay!

The whole family loved the unit and property…from the spacious, well stocked room, the pool and hot tubs, the mini golf, to the shops and restaurants located behind our building. Also just a short drive to Dillon and Breckenridge. There’s no shortage of things to do!

Annual Ski Trip

The location to Keystone Resort is perfect. The unit had a few minor issues. The fireplace did not work and the heat wasn't sufficient to keep the unit warm so portable heaters were used that were stored in the closets. The guest bedroom door will not close due to the second bed in the room.

Excellent condo in River Run

Loves this property! Easy access to the gondola. I loved that the pool and hot tub were on site. The room was clean and well furnished. We'll be back!

Excellent Ski Vacation

Great location of property and within a short walk to Gondola Ski runs. Had to call property management too much but they fixed issues same day. For the cost of property, we should have had NO issues during our stay.

Overall nice accommodations and great location.

Very clean. Great location. Fairly responsive property management company to issues while onsite. If they get new beds and new sofa this would be a 5 star experience.

Super convenient

This condo was very comfortable and a short convenient walk to the village/condo. We loved that there was a small grocery store steps from the condo. The furniture overall was cozy and thoughtful and the kitchen was well kept. The communal hot tubs were great (but bring your own towel; they were tiny!). Cons: The beds were awful and need to be replaced. The queens' headboard was banging against the wall, so a pillow had to be placed in between. The king was very jiggly like a water bed, and the memory foam didn't help much. The primary room was completely missing a cover for 1 of the windows, and most of the blinds throughout were old and needed repair. They fixed the 1 window by the next day. The ski locker was small, and could only accommodate 3 people's things. The elevator was extremely slow so there was always a traffic jam around it. Overall though, the place was nice and very convenient and would stay again.

nice, but showing its age

The location couldn't be better. Carpets, bathrooms weren't the cleanest and the lights aren't switched. Beds and linens were excellent, but the room itself was showing age. Window treatments should be replaced and the plumbing could use attention (the waste vent kept glug, glug all night in the master bath) In general the facility outside the room was excellent.

Staff and communication were fast and friendly

This property was in the perfect location for us. We were there for a wedding but turned the week into a family vacation. Easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. The room was a great set up with 2 bedrooms and common area separating the 2. It could use some TLC I.e. new carpet/paint bedding was kind of worn. I notified them of our toaster not working properly and some of buttons on the microwave not working and rips in the comforter and they offered to send maintenance to fix right away but we were gone out of our room a majority of the time so that never got fixed. Also the balcony doors were very dirty with finger prints and the throw pillows were stained. They never offered compensation for that which I thought was ironic considering the cleaning fee your charged for staying there. Overall my experience was positive and I would recommend to a friend just a small set back.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed the condo and it was close to the gondola- only a short walk. It’s also close to other amenities within walking distance like restaurants. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Location is Key

It was an overall good experience with plenty of room and a very convenient location. The microwave should be replaced (only a few buttons are operational). The unit needs updating (carpet stains and poor mattresses) but it is large with plenty of room (the couch is better than the master bed). There were several light bulbs out and remote controls without batteries but maintenance came by the next day.

They cancelled our booking a week before our vacation claiming double booking. The problem is I had made my reservation more than a month before. They made me sign a contract with them only for them to break it without repercussion. Terrible experience!!!

Decent

Good space but we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people which was not ok. As well the parking was not clear we only got 1 spot in the initial post. For 8 people this was a huge inconvenience not allowing us to come and go as we please and kept having to shuttle people to and from 3 miles down the road.

READ FIRST, VACATIONERS BEWARE!!

We visited Keystone, Co this past week and stayed in a unit managed with Summit County Mountain Retreats. Everything was fine until our last day of the trip when we noticed a strong gas smell in our unit. We contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats regarding the strong gas smell and they offered to send someone out to inspect it. Even after cutting down the heat and the gas fireplace off, we still smelled gas in our unit. We did not feel comfortable staying he night in the unit and left to find a different hotel for the night. I contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats regarding our last night and requested a refund for only the 1 night that we had to make other accommodations. They refused to issue a refund no matter what. I warn anyone looking to stay with this company that profits will take precedent over all else, including your health and safety.

Ski weekend.

Property was clean, and kitchen was well-stocked. We could walk to the gondola in about 5 min. The unit was a little cold, and we couldn't get the heat turned up higher (turned the dial up but didn't feel warmer). Our main concern was that most, but not all, guests in Dakota Ridge were following COVID precautions. I guess it depends on personal comfort level.
