We enjoyed many features of this property. Because it's a corner unit, it has many windows, and thus lots of natural light, which we loved. The floorplan is quite nice - very open and spacious with ample space at the dining table for family games, and in the living room for hanging out together. Though general fairly dated, the unit is in good condition. We appreciated the underground garage and the security it afforded for a car loaded down with four very expensive bikes. The location is great, central and convenient without being too noisy. We did quite a bit of cooking, and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. We enjoyed the large round hot tub after several days of lengthy biking and hiking.
On the downside, the unit is in good condition, except for the carpet, which is in really poor condition. I'm quite surprised it hasn't been replaced. The dining table is pretty rough as well. For some reason, the baseboard heaters ran constantly, despite turning the thermostat completely off, and/or trying to set the temperature to its lowest level. Thus, it was hot (80 degrees when we first checked in), and we had to leave all the windows open all the time. We weren't there long enough to bother with contacting maintenance about the issue. The knives are quite dull, so beware if you're a cook. An electric griddle would be a very nice addition, or another large non-stick skillet, so cooking for a group was somewhat challenging.
Overall, though, a nice place, especially for the price.
