Spring skiing 4/1/24
Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s. The condo kitchen is well furnished and it’s a short walk to the pool and hot tub.

Great place. Finding the actual property is difficult in winter. The “willows” sign will be blocked by snow and the actual building address is not listed on instructions. Great after actually finding though

Great property, unimpressed with administration and checkout tasks.
The property is fantastic. However there is an insane amount of signatured required outside of the Vrbo process. I not realize this until 2 days after securing the rental on Vrbo, I received email notice that my reservation was officially canceled. Then at checkout, you’re asked to take out all the trash from the property out to the dump in the parking lot, which seems ridiculous considering the amount of the cleaning fee and their strictness on checkout at 10am and check in at 5pm.

The condo was very nice, comfortable and the view amazing. Way too much confusion with the check in and even though we called 2 weeks prior requesting an early check-in, they found no record of that at the front desk and we waited over 5 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Used towel and wash cloth left in the shower and the tables, etc had not been wiped down at all. Condo very nice, but property mgmt needs some attention.

Great Lake View Property

Gorgeous view, a bit dated
The lake and mountain view is gorgeous. Huge windows to enjoy it all. That is this property’s strength. The furnishings are ok, but the balcony furniture and rug need replacing. Lots of dishes but only one small wine glass! The clocks were all off. So overall a beautiful location, plenty of room, comfortable bed, but needs a little attention to detail.

Winter WONDERLAND
Beautiful views of the frozen lake where everyone is ice skating and playing pickup hockey games! So amazing! The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of cooking pans and pots and whatever else you would need. I was a little bummed that there wasn’t any coffee filters or stuff to make coffee with. I left items behind for the next people. Nice cozy and peaceful! Beautiful location and would love to stay there again!

Great Place, Great Views
We loved our stay at the Willows. The views from the living windows were amazing. And to sit by the wood fireplace after a day of skiing was what we dreamed of doing for our stay in the Rocky Mountains.

Mountain Getaway
I was a little worried about this property as the price and pictures were too good to be true. But when we opened the door we were wowed. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains was a dream! It was very spacious and well kept up. We enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the small deck taking in the beauty of the mountains. Keystone itself doesn’t have much but it is very easy to get to all the other areas in Summit county and Vail valley.

Nice condo in great location
Great location for attending conference @ Keystone Conference Center. Short walk via tunnel under highway. 😀 Only issue - TV in bedroom was not working. PM onsite when I arrived and explained the TV problem. Not resolved during my stay. 😞

Exactly what we hoped for!
This condo has the most amazing view! We have a family of 5 and I was a little concerned about the size of the place because our kids are teen and preteen. The pullout sofa was great and the pullout chair was just like a twin bed! It was perfect for us. Rental company was great and we had everything we could have needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in the mountains!
Loved the view and everything about this place! Location was qiet but you could get whatever you need within a short drive. We were there for hiking and it didn't disappoint. We used the smaller pull out bed and it was quite comfortable. Kitchen was stocked very nicely.

Great one bedroom condo with awesome views of the ice rink and mountains!
Comfortable quiet well appointed condo with king bed in the Willows complex of Keystone Village with a five minute bus ride to the slopes. The only challenge we had was getting some kindling for the fireplace - chalk this up to labor shortages like the rest of the world is experiencing.

Great place to stay
So, the check in process was a little strange as the drop boxes are not at the property, however it was completely contactless so that was nice. The instructions for check in were pretty clear and the condo was just like the pictures. It was fully furnished and even had some extra appliances you wouldn't expect. Over all it was a great place to be. There were even extra storage spaces that locked for your gear.

Great location!
Very great location, and beautiful view out the windows. The cleanliness left a little to be desired. There were chips on the couch and a slim Jim. Thankfully we found those before our three year old! We also had some trouble with accessing the pool. Our keycard didn't work, so we called the number on the back of the keycard. The first person we talked to hung up after we explained the issue. The second person told us we would have to wait "quite a while" to get a new card, or we could come pick one up. When I asked where to pick it up, he said that they actually couldn't help me, because he works for someone other than the condos where I was staying (which is right next to the pool). Apparently these condos are allowed to access the pool, but the pool is managed by someone else. Thankfully, after standing outside the pool for ten minutes in our swimsuits while being on the phone with him, someone let us in, but it was rather disappointing. Also, there were quite a few "no pets allowed" signs everywhere, but the unit directly below us had a dog that would not stop barking, especially if we tried to use the balcony.

Hard to beat how close this place is to everything. Bus stop right out your front door to the slopes or 4 min drive. Gorgeous view! Management company is very communicative. Would go back!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed this vacation rental! The views were amazing and the condo was very comfortable, we felt right at home. The king size bed was also comfortable. There was a Starbucks coffee just downstairs you could walk too in the mornings which was nice! Soo many good restaurants and things to do near by! We were able to explore Vail, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, etc all within a 20 minute drive! I would Highly reccomend this unit and we will likely be returning. Thank you!

The apartment is cozy and quiet. And the view makes it worth it. It’s one king size bed in main bedroom. The living room comes with sofa with bedding blankets in the closet. It’s priced accordingly. And it’s stocked in games for children, which was lovely. I would stay here again.

Great place with a view
If you don't want the crowds of people like in Breckinridge and you want a laid back place , this is for you , and it's only like 10 minutes from the craziness of Breckinridge . This place has every thing you need . Stores , restaurants, a lake to paddle board in , pizza ... Every one in Keystone where so laid back too ...

Good Location
We enjoyed our stay ! My only complaint would be No AC and No Steam Iron . However, at night it cools down some but definitely need a working steam iron .. The unit was very comfortable , tranquil, close to everything… We will definitely return…

Birthday getaway!
Thank you for making my birthday special with your extra touch! You really made me feel special 🥰. We loved our stay, and even though we live in Colorado and have traveled to this area before, we still found new adventures and saw new glorious views. Your place is perfect, being central to so many great towns, but even if we didn’t leave your condo by car we were able to rent a canoe, go for a couple laps around the lake, and then rented bikes right on the property! We rode up to Keystone ski area then down to Lake Dillon for lunch, and on a path almost the entire way, barely having to get on the road. We loved the views from your condo on the little lake, so beautiful during the day and wonderful at night! Perfect location all the way around. Had a little trouble with the box instructions at check in to get key cards but finally got irritated and pulled straight back and it opened. Everything else went smoothly and we would love to visit again. I recommend this property.

Great location/views
Nice place with wonderful views. Well stocked kitchen. Description is 100% accurate. Water pressure in shower was weak but not a deal breaker. No AC which is normal but we happened to visit during an abnormal heat wave. They did have 2 box fans which helped in the main living area. Oscillating stand fan for the bedroom might be nice for future renters. We would definitely stay again!

Whoops on the weather
We booked for late April thinking the temps would be 50-60s and Keystone would be a good jumping-off point for us non-skiing, non-snow-drivers to take road trips through the mountains and look around. Unfortunately, we hit record lows and snow, so while we had the advantage of off-season rates, we had the disadvantage of many restaurant closures and a limited travel radius as we didn't want to get by frozen roads miles from our condo. But...nobody's fault. As for the accommodations, I'll make my complaint first: lousy water pressure in the shower. I can't imagine coming off the slopes to this, so maybe the owners add a governor after ski season, but it was bad enough you didn't even want to take a shower. Otherwise we were very pleased--clean, modern, comfortable. Management was responsive and friendly. I'd stay anywhere they run.

Good and bad
Location is the winner of this property. Pros: has everything you need, plus some, comfortable, near everything in keystone, bed is SUPER comfy. I don’t want to say cons but there are a few things about the property to be noted. 1) blinds missing on large window at living room facing lake. Window is large enough you feel lack of privacy. 2) no firewood stocked in the unit or outside the unit on porch (as stated). We got in late after being exhausted from skiing all day and were majorly bummed. They say to call immediately but when your exhausted finding the number is hard enough (next point #3) (So we bought some) and went to light it and all the lighters they left by fire did not work 3) the digital packet they give you is 136 PAGES LONG. There is a difference between thorough and overkill. Making it hard to find the number to call for firewood or keep it all straight 4) while there was everything you need - kitchen stuff was DIRTY. Pots, pans, plates, everything we pulled out looked like it wasn’t even washed. 5) they make you sign a separate lease agreement that is NOT part of VRBO. It is extremely overbearing for people staying 1 or 2 nights or even a week. It’s similar to signing a lease on a new apartment for a year... Overall conflicted. In terms of location and space it wins. It’s all the hidden stuff that just didn’t make it feel enjoyable and for not having what is advertised and dirty dishes, not worth it.

Good place to stay.
Its a good place, quite near to ski resort and we’re in front of a beautiful ice skating ring. Rooms are kinda spacious except bathroom. Interior design is quite off. There’s fireplace but not enough instruction to use it. Kitchen equipment are thumbs up, we mostly used them since we’re cooking all the time. The only problem we experience at the first night was the tv in the bedroom was broken although they replace it right after. And with regard to the housekeeping, they need more customer service. We’re staying for a week and our towels is just sufficient for two-three days! They didn’t gave us enough, it quite disappointed. But overall its Amazing!

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I knew from the moment I walked in that this was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway. I've been stuck at home for months because of Covid and the beautiful location on the lake was great any time of day. I woke up and had a cup of hot chocolate on the large outdoor patio. I sat in the super comfortable large chair right in the corner where the windows meet. I would love to return again next fall.

We really enjoyed the condo. The views over the lake especially at sunset were amazing. It was equipped with all the things we needed. The only thing we had a complaint with was the sofa sleeper needed updated.

Property was filthy. Used tissue under pull out bed. Floors not vacuumed. Thermostats did not work properly. Dirty dishes for us to Clean. Grime in doorway of Bathroom. Pull out bed broken. Closet doors off tracks. Bed hard as a rock. Great Views do not make up for filthy unit.
