We enjoyed our stay. The condo is located on the top floor, which can get rather warm, but is a beautiful condo with excellent amenities.

Annoying building

While you cannot beat the location. This building is old and biggest frustration was the elevator. It took us almost two hours to load up and check out. This property is on the top floor and the elevator wasn’t working properly and extremely slow. It would skip our floor, floor 5, multiple times creating a very frustrating experience. Also the front door into the building, the second set of double doors was not working properly.

Great room for keystone

Nice place with spacious kitchen and dinning area. Nice proximity to the mountain and definitely had a great balcony view. Make sure to stay here to have a great time in Keystone.

Labor Day Getaway

Stayed at this lovely property for several days over Labor Day weekend. The check in process is at an offsite location but it’s extremely easy. Loved the covered garage parking and that the property offers shopping carts and luggage carts in the garage. The property site is very quiet and clean. We loved the huge comfy bed and enjoyed that the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook up something nice. Tea kettle but no tea unfortunately. We locked ourselves out accidentally and team was so responsive and helpful l. Loved the hot tub as well. We loved it so much we extended our stay another day.

Great place

The property and room were really nice. No funky smells or anything weird. The check in process was abnormal, having to go to another building across the highway to get the keys. Would definitely recommend. My family will look to stay here again next time we’re in town.

Horrible location, elevator did not work and we were never told the elevator didn’t work we drove 13 hours to find out to walk 5 flights of stairs

Great location, very comfortable bed. Confusing parking garage.

My only complaint about this stay was the lack of directions upon check in. We did not know how to get into the garage, where it was located, where to park within the garage to have access to our specific building, or even when floor our unit was located on. We had to check every floor for their numbers. The elevator is also broken (doesn’t seem to be getting fixed anytime soon) they sent me a text about the elevator three weeks ago and it was still out of order. We had to climb all of our luggage up five flights of stairs once we figured out that our obscure unit number was on the top floor. The place itself was great, but getting to it the first time was a fiasco and could be made much easier with specific instructions.

Spacious condo with all you need

We got into the parking garage and had been advised a few days prior that the elevator was out of order. There was another couple wandering the garage not knowing where to go. We found a staircase and started climbing flights. We had no idea what floor we were on so we huffed and puffed up to each floor to find our room number and it was an exhausting ordeal. We ended up being on the 5th floor. So five flights of stairs, unacclimated to the altitude, carrying luggage and being overweight was not ideal. I thought I was going to die when we got to the room. I was coughing up my lungs on the balcony. I messaged the contact about moving to another room & never heard anything until the next day when I was told that couldn't happen. The room itself was very nice & comfortable for the 4 of us. Everything was as described, plenty of blankets towels, the humidifier and fans came in handy. It was comfy even without AC. The oven got hot to the touch outside which was odd. The washer dryer didn't work well. It washed but didn't ever dry anything completely so we used the paid machine on the 4th floor. I went to the store to pick up munchies & again hiked up 5 flights and it was horrible. I messaged again to ask if we could check out a day early because we just couldn't keep doing this up and down. Didn't hear anything back until the following afternoon which was too late. The elevator finally was fixed the 2nd day and it made things 100x more pleasant. Thank you elevator repair man!

Ski trip for 5

The property was nice and conveniently located within walking distance of the River Run Village ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the electric fireplace. It was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. It was great having the parking garage underneath the property. However, we did not receive a check-in email from the property managers. I had received a VRBO email and thinking it was check-in details, I did not check it carefully. I had to contact VRBO to get a phone number of someone to call to get check-in details, so we were delayed about an hour getting into the property after a long day of traveling. This was annoying after having called 48 hours ahead to get details and was told we would get them on the day of check-in. The person we spoke to on the phone informed us that we had received a check-in email, but they were incorrect. We had to drive to a separate location to pick up the keys for the room, and the staff there was not particularly friendly. When skiing, I always book a place with a washer and dryer. This unit had a washer/dryer combo appliance. We could not get the dryer to adequately dry our clothes even after maintenance came by and instructed us on the proper way to use it. It would spin and heat but not dry. I think water was leaking into the machine while it was supposed to be drying. Overall this property was great for us. We just wish check-in had been more smooth and the dryer had worked properly.

Location, location location!

We loved this unit, great location, super comfy and nice views from the balcony. The Dakota Lodge is right at the River Run base, with shops, food, bars and even a little grocery store. Super awesome location with views of the mountain while using outdoor pool and spa!

Ski Getaway

The location is amazing. We never drove anywhere. Everything we needed was within wamking distance. The only things that were not great was the sauna was down and the condo washer and dryer did not work that great. It was much easier to use the on-site ones.

Would stay again!

We loved this condo. Check in was extremely easy and it was clean and very comfortable. The fireplace, heated garage, hot tub, king size bed, everything was great. The space heater was super convenient. The only complaint would be that the knives were extremely dull so if you plan on cooking, I would make sure you know how to sharpen a dull blade.

This place is awesome for families. You cannot hear anyone in neighboring units, there is a secure parking garage, restaurants in walking distance, very clean and nice, and easy check-in and check out.

Nice place! Convient and comfy.

We had a great time!!! if I had any complaints it would be the elevator is entirely too slow and we had a hard time getting extra blankets. Other than that it was a fabulous location and an awesome place for our family to spend time!
