Perfect condo!
Extremely clean and comfortable. Great bedding. Only negative was the fireplace didn’t work but not enough of an issue to me that I didn’t contact anyone. The fact that the unit is at the end of the hall makes the stairwell access so easy to spill right out on the main pavilion of River Run. The ski locker was awesome and well as all the hooks by the front door drop zone. Could have had more glassware but plenty of ceramic cups of for coffee and the appliances were all spotless! The bathrooms were immaculate as well and the underground heated garage was a huge bonus. You are issued a key card from Summit Rentals which is an easy process after hours. The key card provides access to the condo and all the outside access points as well as the garage. It’s a secure property!

Stay For A Wedding
We had an out of state wedding and booked Chris' place to stay at. The place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and only a few minutes away from places to eat, shop, etc. Chris was so helpful and answered all of our questions right away. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Silver Mill
We had no hot water of an evening the 5 nights we were there. And, on top of that, it was out all day Thurs. No communication from property manager. I called the leasing company (?) & they were very pleasant & apologetic. We had to take our showers & the next condo over, that day! The hot tubs weren't working when we went to use them. We used the ones at the next condo over (The Dakota). I/we will never stay at the Silver Mill again.

Jazz Festival Fun...
Great place, clean and comfy. The TV didn't have a signal, even after we unplugged the box and plugged back in. Kept saying no signal. Oh well. We had a good time though.

Hi David - our apologies for the TV. We've had issues with the HDMI coming unplugged from the monitor maybe from the cleanings. Thanks for letting us know and we'll get that fixed again

Perfect location in River Run
The location within River Run village is great. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. FYI-The max height into the underground garage is 7 foot 5 inches according to the signage- plan accordingly as our SUV wouldn’t for with the Yakima skybox on top.

We really feel poorly about the tv experience - as soon as John let us know about the issue we had a service tech come out and determine it was a failure of the Comcast boxes which needed to be replaced. We try our best to ensure everything here works nominally but absolutely do try to rectify any problem immediately.

Great location
The location was perfect. The unit needs several repairs… kitchen cabinets, kitchen faucet, blinds. Fireplace stopped turning on. For the price it would be nice if everything worked properly. With a bit of updating and repair work this would be a top notch rental.

SilverMill Perfect Ski Condo
8215 SilverMill is a beautiful charming cozy condo minutes away from river run gondola. Wonderful views, great convenient location with nice dry garage underneath to park. Appliances, bedding, decor are all top notch! The owner is very easy to get in touch with and quickly responds to any question~ I asked if I could check in a few hours early and he made it happen as the place had been cleaned. You will not regret staying here!

Comfortable condo, amazing location
Fantastic location and great space for family of 5, with 3 teens! Great kitchen and living room space. Plenty of room for ski clothes, perfect spot for ski boots and private ski locker on main floor. Amazing access to all River Run Village has to offer! Will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend to others! Very easy to pick up keys.. we arrived at 1 am with no problems. Private parking. Easy to communicate with owners, very, very easy to check out!

Location is hard to beat in terms of ease of hitting the slopes. Convenient to food and rooms were quiet- couldn’t hear other folks around us. Highly recommend.

Property was clean, well taken care of and stocked with everything you need for minor cooking. Very comfortable unit and a great location with regards to village / lift access. We've stayed at numerous units within SilverMill and adjacent properties and this was one of our favorites. Would stay here again for sure.

River Run Condo
We enjoyed our trip to Keystone. The property was was clean, well decorated, and in a great location. The check in/out process was easy. My only complaints have to do with the property management company. When we arrived, one of the bathroom sink drains was broken and the kitchen disposal cover was missing, which caused water/food in the disposal to spray all over you when you turned it on. We called the property management company and they initially told us they would ask the owner if they would like to replace the disposal. They came and fixed the sink drain, but the kitchen disposal was not initially fixed. Later during our trip, the kitchen disposal started leaking underneath the sink, and we called the property management company again. They said they would come look at it. After they came and saw it was leaking, they replaced it promptly. At other condos we have stayed at in River Run, the management company would provide trash bags, dish soap, liquid hand soap, and paper towels for the duration of your stay. This company only provided 3 trash bags, bar soap, and I believe 1 roll of paper towels. We had to go buy Kleenex and other necessities to last us through the end of our trip. Again, great property, my only problems were with the management company and their responsiveness to our concerns.

East Texas to Keystone, Colorado
I would stay here again just because of the convenience alone! When the description says steps to the gondola & shopping - THAT’S A FACT!!! Literally out the door to the shopping! We stay in VRBO’s all over the US… I loved how (even tho it’s not “proper”) there were kitchen paper goods (foil, parchment, bags, etc) and spices that were left by other guests. Would have been smart of me to check all the drawers before I headed out to CityMarket, haha, but I didn’t. So we added to the stockpile of supplies drawer and cabinet for the next guests. Our stay was very clean and the local staff were very helpful.

My family and I enjoyed staying at your property. It was very conveniently located near the village and easy access to the ski slope. The unit was very clean and had plenty room for us all along with our ski gear. Communication beforehand with the owners was informative and timely. Solid spot to stay in River Run Village
The condo was as expected. The property owners are quick to respond to all questions. Check-in and check-out was easy. All appliances in the condo functioned fully even the gas fireplace, which in many other units hasn't been the case. The building has three hot tubs and a sauna, which was nice since that is a popular spot at the end of a ski day. No complaints here!

Hi john - our apologies again for the tv trouble. It turned out that our Comcast boxes all failed and needed to be replaced. That work has been finished and the problem solved but unfortunately too late for your own stay. I hope we get the chance to host you a second time with no issues in the future

Great Property for our family Christmas stay
We rented the property for us plus our son and his young family as the rest of the family, 3 other adult children and their families were also staying in Keystone for several days so we could all be together to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Property was great and both the Summit Cove staff and the owner of the property were very helpful, getting back to us very quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property!

great condo great location
the property was great- the management company-not so much. email instructions said go directly to property and use digital keys- wrong- had to go back to management office for key cards. then told only 1 car can park near property or will be towed. was meeting my son so we had 2 cars. the condo sleeps 6 so in many cases that might be two cars.

Hi Craig - apologies for the troubles on the check in. We do want to clarify that the one car policy is set by our building itself. Additional cars must be kept in the outside lot. we'll check with SummitCove regarding the instructions to go straight to our property as our own instructions for guests do point out they must check in at their office.

Great location for young kids
We came to Keystone just for the weekend while we listed our house for sale. We traveled with our 2 yr old and infant. This location is great for kids with everything within a 5 min walk- playground, pool, restaurants and a stream to throw rocks in. We had a great time. There is a pack-n-play there that I’m not sure if it was listed so we had taken our own. Comfortable beds, clean place and great overall.

Weil-appointed, comfortable, and clean in the heart of River Run Village
This condo was just right for our family of 3 (you can squeeze in 6, but 8 is not reasonable). It was very clean and nicely appointed, with some new updates. A couple of minor points: the carpet in the bedrooms is ready to be replaced, the master bath needs a towel bar or a couple of hooks actually reachable from the shower, the kitchen could use a couple of better knives, and the lamp on the left of the master bed needs a new bulb—all pretty nitpicks. Also, be aware if you plan to stay here, that the only “dining area” are the four bar stools situated at the kitchen counter. That worked well for us, but if you had 6 people, some folks would be eating in the living room. Overall, a very nice unit with plenty of dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans to cook everything we wanted, nice linens on the beds and in the baths, and even a great choice of pillows! We also loved the wonderful plush blankets on the cool nights. Thank you for a nice break from work!

Fun end of summer trip
This spot was perfect for our small family in size and location. Everything was nice even with the a very odd sink in the kitchen that made cleanup awkward. We were never able to connect to the internet even with emails to the property manager that went unanswered. Otherwise a great trip.

Extended Weekend at Keyston
Great condo! Check in was simple and the management team was very friendly and wanted us to know that if we had any issues to please let them know. Once arriving at the unit, we found it clean and stocked with more items than we had expected. It was nice to have the fans to cool down in the late afternoon. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The Condo is located with easy access to the River Run Gondola, and the shops and restaurants of River Run are just a few steps out the door.

The place in SilverMill was amazing! The condo was very large, and had everything we needed/wanted! The view over the balcony was great. We enjoyed playing pool in the lobby every night! We will definitely be back!
