Spring break skiing trip
It's s really charming apartment at a very convenient location. Short shuttle ride away the lifts, short drive away from stores and restaurants. Very well equiped kitchen helps in really feeling at home there. It exceed my expectations and I'm looking forward to visiting again! 5-star hosts and location! Thank you!

Great little condo
Great location to the slopes. Perfect size condo for our couples getaway with our pup. Clean, nicely stocked for kitchen use. Very convenient location for shared hot tub use. Queen size bed was very comfy with lots of good pillows and blanket options. Fireplace worked and was nice. It was awesome to have the in unit washer/dryer. We enjoyed walking the cleared sidewalks all the way to the Keystone resort. Its also great that this area has so many dog bag & trash stations along our walk routes. Only negarive was that there was a fire alarm going off in another unit for 3 days that cpuld be heard faintly through the walls and when I called the management office they told me they were aware of it but couldn't do anything about it for some unknown reason. Thankfully it was subtle enough that with running the fans we could drown it out. When I asked the owners of the unit questions they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay here!!

Great experience
We stayed for 4 weeks (Got 22 days on the slopes). Worked out great, especially because they allowed our dogs. Condo was clean and good size for 2. Short walk to the Keystone Shuttle when skiing and about a mile walk to River Run Village when we wanted to walk for dinner. Parking lot and sidewalk were kept clear. Only negatives were due to our longer stay - We ran out of some necessities, but we were fore warned and brought our own. Also the Property Mgmt company is not that responsive but the owners came through with answers to our questions. Would definitely Stay here again.

Wonderful one-day getaway
The condo is clean and cozy. The back deck has very pretty views. The kitchen is a great size for a smaller space, lots of counter space to prepare a good meal. There are numerous hikes close by, and a short drive to town with great breweries, restaurants, and shops. Now that we know about this place, we’ll stay again and stay longer :)

Great option for family ski weekend
The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located along the orange bus route, making it easy to get to the River Run gondola. The fact that the condo is dog-friendly and on the ground floor level, along with having a dedicated parking spot right out front, were added benefits. BYO coffee and toiletries, as the ones provided by the property management company are pretty basic.

Convenient, comfortable and great hosts!
My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway from Denver. It was amazing! The hosts were quick to respond to my questions and gave great recommendations for food. Convenient location close to the village and the unit is well stocked. It made for such a relaxing time where we didn't have to worry about a thing. We will be back!

Beautiful, cozy, comfortable condo in the woods
We loved this condo. Very comfortable for the two of us and nicely appointed kitchen for hosting dinner guests (family in town) after skiing. Very cozy with super comfortable furniture throughout. Two couches in living room both could accommodate extra overnight guests. Nicely decorated! and we enjoyed use of the fireplace every night. Close enough to ski lifts to be convenient but far enough away to be restful too. Can’t say enough about the place, the owners, and their management company. Great communication throughout entire rental process.

Nice spot for a stay at Keystone!
We really enjoyed our week here and so did our pup! It was wonderful to walk out our door and find the nature trail just around the corner for daily walks. The convenience of the bus stop and short ride to the slopes was appreciated as well as the amenities within the condo. The kitchen was very well outfitted and we enjoyed the game cabinet in the evenings. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect spot for active families
The owners were very responsive and made sure everything was taken of. From the thoughtful welcome basket, perfectly equipped kitchen to checking on us during the power outage and accommodating our longer than initially planned stay (due to weather conditions). We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful stay
This was a peaceful and clean place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Breck and Frisco. We really enjoyed it and would stay again. The only issue is with all the extra fees ($300 for "owners' fees? $190 for our tiny dog to stay? Etc.) the cost shot up way past the $147 a night that was listed and ended up being over $1,200.00. So it's hard to say if we would spend that kind of money again for four nights in the off-season.

Just what we were looking for
Great condo for a couple or small family. We discovered it because they allow dogs. Less than a five minute drive to main parking lot at River Run. We, and our puppy loved the bike trail from our place to River Run Village. Just over a mile. I recommend this place.

Amazing condo in keystone!!
Absolutely loved my stay at this condo in keystone. Perfect spot to relax, ski, and work remotely. WiFi was great to get in all my zoom calls. Large parking around the corner to let my dog out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So cute and cozy! Hosts were so kind and generous. Highly recommend.

Quiet getaway
We spent our wedding anniversary weekend at this beautiful condo. We booked this place primarily because it was pet friendly. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, and our dog. The check-in process was seamless (the Property Management company sent clear instructions on how to collect the keys and has a consolidated welcome package waiting for us). The condo itself was great - decent sized bedroom with a nice kitchen and living area, and a nice backyard facing the stream. The host also had a Bose portable Bluetooth speaker which was perfect to play some tunes while sitting in the backyard. It had 2 TVs (one in the bedroom and another in the living room). The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, which was exactly what we were looking for. There was a grill in the backyard as well! It was a perfect getaway from the city. We love coming to Keystone in summer as it is quiet (compared to towns like Breckenridge). It’s less than 5 min drive from the slopes and the restaurants in the town, has some nice easy trails to take the dog out for a walk. Highly recommended place, and will definitely book this property again!

Peaceful, quiet retreat!
This condo provided the tranquil, peaceful escape we were looking for. The unit sits at the end of the complex and thus very little traffic-hardly any at all. The patio was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to birds chirping and the river rolling. The screened French doors are the we're amazing, allowing for the fresh air to flow through. Shelly & Nick were fantastic hosts! They made great suggestions along with making sure the condo was ready for our arrival. We appreciated the extra linens, towels and propane. There's no doubt that we will stay here again, it's just a matter of when. My girls are already talking ski trip.

We would stay here again!
The property was perfect for us! It was decorated very nicely: furniture was comfortable (except for the futon sofa) and the mattress was especially good. The kitchen had everything you need and knives were even sharp - thank you! My only complaint was the amount of pet hair. In addition to the cleaning fee we paid a pet fee that was more than double the cleaning fee and our dog is a non-shed breed and our socks and pants were covered in pet hair (of a short hair variety). You could see it on the floor when the sun shone and on the duvet cover on the bed. I have to conclude that either the owners are not getting the cleaning I (and others) are paying for or guests are bringing pets they are not registering as to avoid the pet fee. I might add the windows are desperate for a good wash which was disappointing since the view of the trees and privacy was really lovely.

Amazing home away from home
Everything about this property makes you feel at home from the first email expressing interest to the thank you’s at the end. We felt like we were right at home in front of the fireplace, making meals in the kitchen and getting an amazing sleep in the quiet of the mountains. Delightful in every way!

Perfect location and beautifully updated
My husband And I spend a week here for a vacation. We were looking for a place close to Arapahoe basin and Keystone in this indeed was the perfect spot. It was right on the bus line for Keystone and it was a 10 to 15 minute drive from a basin. We were also able to bring her dog which we were very grateful for. The condo was a little difficult to find in the beginning as the numbering is not very visible so plan on walking around to find the actual unit, but once we found it everything fell into place. Pros: A nice view out the back and I’m sure it would be even better as the snow starts to melt, easy access to multiple trails, short walk to the shuttle, convenient parking, nice community hot tub and sauna, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, well equipped kitchen for a full weeks worth of cooking. Minor points for improvement: There were enough towels for myself and my husband, but if four people were truly staying there and going to the hot tub there would not be enough towels, there was also not enough shampoo and conditioner so we bought some and left it there, It was a little warm in the bedroom and despite turning down the thermostat multiple times we could not get it cool enough in the bathroom, the bathtub or out some...?rust?... when I turned it on (I stuck with showers from there on out). Overall, would recommend to any couple looking to ski in the Keystone and a basin area for just a few days or even a week. In addition we would definitely go back if visiting the same area again.

Absolutely perfect!!
The location feels so tucked away, yet is so close to resort. The condo is private, cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed with our 2 kids and there was plenty of room with the pullout couch and futon. Just perfect!

Perfect condo; perfect quite location
This cozy condo has everything you need. It’s so close to the resort thus feels otherwise because it is so peaceful and quite being just 3 min away. Great Spot!
Loved this condo and area! My wife and I needed a weekend away and this place was perfect. We love spending mornings reading and drinking coffee together so we bungled up and sat on the back porch, which has an amazing little creek behind it, close enough you can hear it and see the water. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. This condo is only 25 minutes to downtown Breck and we enjoyed breakfast at a spot very close to the condo on the morning we left. Highly recommend this cute little condo.

Amazing Experience
My wife and I stayed here for our wedding in Keystone this past summer and this condo couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed a week and loved the location, building and look/feel of the condo. Keystone Pet Friendly Condo
We have stayed at other condos in Keystone and this one is my favorite. Just perfect!!! Very clean! Beautiful granite counters and new appliances. Hosts are awesome! They let us bring our non shedding fur babies and they loved the back porch. Felt like we were in our own little world with the fun of Keystone right outside!

Great stay
Lovely condo with plenty of closet and drawer space that you sometimes don’t find. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is great and the fold out sofa is comfortable. Everything was as advertised and it was nice to have our dog with us. Plenty of places to walk with him. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot
My husband and I recently stayed for 10 nights in this adorable condo in the woods and loved it. It's well appointed with everything you would need on a vacation and more. The ample kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils and even some condiments in the fridge. The washer dryer came with detergent and dryer sheets which we found very useful. And there were tons of detailed notes everywhere describing how to use everything in the condo, which we found very helpful. It was immaculate and very cozy at the same time. We loved the view of the woods and the mountains out back, and found it to be very private and peaceful. The outdoor hot tub in the complex was very nice as well. It was the closest lodging to Arapahoe Basin we could find, and it was also on the shuttle route to Keystone which we found very convenient as well. The only critique we had was that we wished the flame in the gas fireplace was a little higher to add to the ambiance. It was so low, you could barely see it. But that's really not that big of a deal. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking about it, as you will be glad you did.

Perfect for our family!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't see or hear any neighbors the entire time so we felt secluded and relaxed, which is what we were hoping for! Eating out for every meal was not in our budget so we appreciated the full kitchen and the ability to bring groceries and cook our own meals. The bus stop was very convenient for the times we wanted to head over to River Run Village, Mountain House or hit the slopes. The condo was very clean and we felt very much at home throughout our stay! Another perk, that we very much appreciated, was the washer/dryer. We left with clean clothes in our luggage which was awesome!

WOW!!!
What a great condo in such a fantastic location! The condo was clean, cozy and we felt very much at home with everything we needed. Wonderful jetted tub in the unit was great after long days of hiking. Plus a washer/dryer in the unit was a real treat. The ground floor location was perfect for just going out the back door for walks and right down to the Snake River. We will definitely be return renters and are looking forward to booking our next getaway for a longer stay!

Great Condo!
My husband and I stayed here with our dog and it was awesome! Beautiful and peaceful by the river yet on the shuttle route and a quick walk to a delicious dinner at the Ski Tip Lodge.
