Photos were a bit deceiving on size of the unit. It was disappointing compared to the “penthouse” description and selective angles of photos. Watching TV in the living room was uncomfortable with the height of the TV and how close the couch was to the TV. The 30min timer on the fireplace was also annoying to constantly turn on, although it’s understood if this is a rental requirement.

Really didn’t want to pay an early check in fee only two hours ahead of schedule. Everything was exceptionally clean. Would have liked to have had more coffee packets and sugar options. One of the mattresses in second bedroom needs replacing. Nice quiet location.

Family Spring Break

My family of 5 stayed at the Dakota for spring break ski trip. The location was perfect. So close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The room was great, we had enough beds for all 3 children. Check in was so easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall very happy.

Great location!

Great, clean condo perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect- close to the gondola, shops, restaurant, ice skating and playground. The management company was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only issue we had was with the bedding- the quality of the mattresses were pretty bad and the sheets were very rough and scratchy. Overall great condo,great location and easy to work with.

Amazing Stay in Keystone

We spend an amazing 4 nights in this Lodge right in the middle of the River Run Village in Keystone. Location is amazing, the village is awesome for families and ease to the gondola and lifts is great. Pool, Hot Tubs and Sauna are fantastic. If I had to find one complaint, it would be the elevator. It is extremely slow. I could have handled that but what really made it annoying was being on the fifth floor. For some reason, we would see the elevator coming up to us , it would get to the 4th floor and then start going down before reaching us. Happened on numerous occasion. On a positive note, taking the steps gave me more exercise.

Room was clean, very nice, good supply of kitchen needs and lots of space, comfy beds. My only issue was it was pretty cold, the room heat doesn’t seem to work well or just poorly insulated. But was happy with everything else

Perfect summer spot

We enjoyed a quick 2-night stay after a hut trip and were impressed by this condo in the Dakota building. The place was clean and very well maintained. The garage parking and plentiful luggage carts made arrival and departure a breeze. Appreciated the fans and humidifiers in the unit. Kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the short walk to some of our fave River Run restaurants, splashing in the Snake River, and hopping on the bike trail to Lake Dillon. We also appreciated how comfy the reclining couch was when relaxing in the evenings. Only complaint is that the 4:30 arrival and 10am checkout is later/earlier than other properties we’ve used, and paying for earlier check in added to the cost of our stay. Would definitely stay again, especially during ski season.

Great location.

The place was great for the most part. Just what we needed. The biggest issue was the out of service elevator in the complex. We’re on the 5th floor so making that trek up stairs 4/5 times a day was a bit much. My wife is 7 months pregnant so clearly not ideal.

Loved the stay, but had some issues

The condo was great and the view was beautiful, however, the elevator was broken the full 4 days while we were there, so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs every time we came and went. The fire place was also broken. On the plus side, the view was amazing and the property was very clean.

Check in after 5pm is joke

The check in process of not being able to get in until after 5pm is useless. But they will let you check in early if you pay $10.00 hour extra. Front door doesn't close securely, light switch in bathroom doesn't work properly.

Top floor condo

Overall our experience was really awesome! Picking up the keys and instructions were easy. The only caveat was the fireplace pilot light was out and we had kids with us that really wanted the fireplace on. Apparently this is a common malfunction in this unit. Instructions were in the website to relite and I tried that but didn't work and ended up having maintenance come and fix it, I don't feel comfortable relighting someone else's equipment and thought it was odd that guests are allowed to light it. Other then that it was very nice. Thank you.
