Great location.

The location of the home is absolutely fantastic. You are in the heart of River Run with all amenities you could want or need. The place needs a spring cleaning and some new mattresses. The rooms are nice but filled old furniture. We had the unfortunate situation of a main line clog in the kitchen but the Property manager acted quickly to resolve it.

Great stay at Keystone

Great location, easy walk to lifts. Apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Didn't have any noise issues. Only negatives: thermostat was not reliable, either hot or cold. Ski storage lockers are small, only fits ~4 skis, smoke detector goes off very easily with cooking.

Amazing experience

The app was very helpful, specifically the list of things to bring, and the check in instructions. Property manager was proactive about ensuring we had a great experience by texting us from a number we could then use to address any issues.

Great location, enough room for 2 families

We stayed with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room. The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great location, you can walk out to everything and there’s a pool at the building next door. Place was clean and nicely stocked with kitchen wear for cooking. Management company was very communicative. Overall a great place and I’d stay again!

Great location in the heart of keystone river run village

Great location, good directions to get here, access to everything! Walk 5 min to the slopes, one of the few condos with a nice patio outside. General store and pizza are 10 steps away. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, relaxing. Ample bedroom space, heated underground parking. 2nd floor unit so an easy walk from the parking garage (even though the elevators are broke and 'have been for a while' according to staff). 2 hot tubs, 2 pool tables and rec room right downstairs. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Week long ski trip

Great location, property needs updating! Furniture uncomfortable, dish washer did not work, TVs in 2 bedrooms did not work, light in bathroom did not work, elevator in the building was out all week. Had to cart groceries and ski equipment up and down stairs all week. This was expensive, expected higher quality.

Loved it

This place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to everything. We played pool on the main level, got in the hot tub, walked around the base of the mountain and enjoyed every minute. The place it’s self was so clean and cozy. We had tons of room for our family of 5. Everyone was so nice and we can’t wait to go back! Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful condo, Flawlessly maintained

My friends and I loved this condo, and I hope to come back with my family someday! It was amazing for each of us to have our own room and bathroom for privacy, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we were a little confused on initially was exactly how to get into the building, but it was mainly because we were there in the off-season (even just prior to the official summer season starting) and there wasn't really anyone to ask. I may have just missed some communication about that. I cannot recommend this space enough, though - it's absolutely beautiful. Skiers will love it because you can literally see the room from the gondola entrance, and it's a quick 3-minute walk away.

Mostly great with a side of meh

This rental was great as far as a prime location and we loved that aspect of it. The pros: location (close to the village and slopes), fireplace, patio view, humidifiers, big table, garage parking, lots of towels, in-house washer and dryer, and the sleds. The cons: the couch is incredibly uncomfortable- so much so that no one sat on it the entire time- we sat in the floor. The master shower door is missing a handle, one of the shower heads also needs to be replaced. The entire floor was pretty nasty when we arrived- so the first thing we had to do was sweep. The dish soap was a watered down mixture of something. Two of the 4 TV’s did not work properly. The grill’s push start doesn’t work and when we went to grill, we had no way to start the grill- we had to wait for maintenance to bring a lighter. Almost every single night/early morning- they empty the trash/recycle and it’s right under the two master bedroom windows so there wasn’t much sleeping in. For the amount of money that we spent for 6 days- the cons were really disappointing.

Fantastic getaway

The property was exactly as listed. It was very spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our afternoon cocktail on the deck. The property management was also very accommodating offering us an extra parking space since the units were not all filled.
