Overall perfect spot
Great stay for my daughters and I. It was quite a bit farther up the road into the mountain that I realized. Still only a 5-10 min drive to ski parking lot. There are 3 flights of stairs from garage to main floor as an fyi. Beds were comfortable, view was gorgeous and staff responsive when my daughter locked us out. Would def stay again!

July 4th getaway
Loved the resort area / town in the summertime- great trails, pool, restaurants & activities all in close distance. Saw tons of wildlife right out the front door. Property was clean & well stocked with towels, washer dryer, dishes etc.

Very comfortable and cozy!
We throroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was outstanding and a very cozy place to hang out with our family. With easy access to Keystone and A Basin, the location was great. The coffee table books were an extra bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Mountain Paradise
Great communication, clean & well-maintained - loved spending our week in CO here! This is our third time staying in this neighborhood & we enjoyed this property the most. You feel like you’re staying in the mountains surrounded by forest with a river running through it & a pool for the kiddos to swim in - doesn’t get much better! The hardwood floors & white hotel bedding were especially nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, nice, clean and cozy
We immediately felt comfortable here and loved our stay. Everything about it was easy! Only thing is the dishwasher needs some repairing as the top rack would not stay! Thank you!!

Great family get away
This property was recommended by a coworker and exceeded expectations! Very clean with beautiful views in a great location. Upstairs bedrooms were perfect for out teen and tween kids. Property management prompt to respond to our questions.

Great stay
Overall the location was perfect for our trip! It was located close to the slopes making it easy to head home midday for a snack and break but far enough removed to be quiet and serene. It was clean and spacious. Well stocked with necessities. Would stay again.

Awesome weekend was had by all!
The townhome was wonderful! We were celebrating my mom's 75th birthday as a surprise and it couldn't have gone more perfect! The early check-in arrangements were a little rocky to start off, but everything worked out very well! We couldn't find a can opener in the kitchen and one quick text and one appeared like magic! We were so impressed. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Memorable weekend!

Great property in a great location
Perfect for summer hiking, biking and sightseeing. We visited in late August, after school resumed. No crowds, very quiet, this is what we wanted. Located among several 14,000 foot peaks, which we hiked. Easy access to I-70 and Breckenridge. Very nice!

Pics looked quite a bit nicer, several stains in carpet that were coming up, light bulbs were our iN
Lights bulbs out in kitchen, fan in master bedroom didn’t work?? Basic things that should have been included. My car didn’t fit in the tiny garage, parking sucked. Was not told that pool and pool table room were closed.. I would not have rented and won’t rent here again.

Great location
Our family of six (four kids ranging from 10-2) had a great stay. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed (with the small exception of not having any pot holders or a can opener). We had one small issue early on that was fixed easily and quickly. We loved the location, most of all. The complex was quiet and we were very close to a lot of great hiking / off roading trails, though we also felt close enough to town. Our family enjoyed the Settlers Creek nature trail and had so much fun playing in the river each day. We would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic time! We love Keystone. When the grill ran out of propane we contacted property manager and it was fixed! There was another incident with an alarm going off a building down and it was taken care of too! Not only did we have a great time with great lodgings, the property management company was great too!

Great space, Great Kitchen, and clean !!!
Good moving on asking people to remove shoes inside. Keeps carpet clean. Use indoor socks. Kitchen and living room is excellent. Super soft sheets. You have to deal with temp controls and crack a window if one room is too hot. Check key to clubhouse when you arrive to make sure it works.

Overall good but needs some attention.
The house was very nice although if you’re used to staying in the village the location isn’t great. A few things: the dishwasher was broken making it extremely challenging to load. The bottom rack doesn’t roll so you must pick it up and pull it out to load dishes. Also, there is no cold water to the master tub! I scalded my foot when checking the temp. I had to bring in pots of ice just to cool it down enough to get it. Ridiculous situation and unexpected from a higher end property. It is pending sale so it’s not like it hasn’t been inspected. That should be remedied before it rents again. Would probably not stay here again.

Christmas Getaway
This is a great property! Super clean with tons of amenities. Beautiful view of the stream from the back patio. Spacious master bedroom and bath. Very quiet community that’s just a few minutes from Keystone Village. Furniture is cozy and owners were so responsive. Will definitely be back!

Family Friendly but needs repairs
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the price was very reasonable. While I did not expect high class for what I paid, this rental has taken a beating from prior renters and is in need of repairs. The oven door would not stay shut making it difficult to use without standing next to it and holding it shut. I messaged them about this and they said they would send somebody out. Maybe they did but it was not repaired and nothing more was said about it. The bottom dishwasher rack would not stay on its tracks making it difficult to load. The TVs were nearly impossible to figure out. The directions were not accurate or helpful. Lastly, we locked ourselves out. Which was 100% our fault, however the person on call was rude and made me feel very incompetent. We did try to resolve this in the morning before our day adventures by asking for new keys, which they put in the lock box for us. When those didn't work, I called the number and he accused me of not knowing how to use the keys, touching something magnetic with them right after I told him we just picked them up and took them out of the envelope without touching anything. I understand the frustration of people locking themselves out but the customer service was lacking. Not sure we would start here again. The beds were comfy and it was a nice hub for us when exploring the area but could use some care.

Keystone Settler’s Lane Townhome
We enjoyed our stay. The location was gorgeous and we loved having access to a kitchen and washer & dryer. The living area was a little smaller than anticipated and the bunk beds weren’t very comfortable for the 2 adults in that room. The tv/cable/satellite didn’t work in the living room until we spent time disconnecting & connecting cords..we got it to work on the last night. There were construction workers there replacing the siding. one day. They worked (loud pounding) until 7:30 pm one night. They also left nails on the sidewalk. We stopped by the office to ask about things to do in the area and the guy who helped us was not very knowledgeable.
