We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s Place. The location was great and well kept. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, the master shower did not drain effectively, and the construction was kind of a bummer. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

Family Spring Break
Interaction with owner was appropriate and on point. Property management was poorly responsive to unavailable. Extra towels and bed linens were desired, but when attempted to obtain these the on site personnel was not helpful and phone number on paperwork only resulted in an answering machine without results. Pool and spa area rarely had sufficient towels available. Outlets throughout unit (especially bathrooms) were nonfunctional. Needed to dry hair in living room or bedroom. Heat light in 2nd bath was out. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Love it!
This was our 2nd time staying here (also in 2/2021) and I’m sure it won’t be our last! Being a short walk to the gondola makes such a difference when skiing with young children! The layout is very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Yes, there’s construction next door but we didn’t have any issues with noise, etc - it was fine and not a deterrent for selecting this unit.

Great location
This unit is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable ski trip. It is a short walk to the gondola, which is great for skiing with kids!

Overall - fine stay
Was a good stay for 5 nights. Ate in for 2 of the nights and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the kids 7 and 4 doubled up in the second bedroom and had no issues. One issue was the main room Dish network Hopper box didn't work. Switched it with the one in the kids room, but didn't mind that much cause we were out and about all the time. Pros: Location, lobby activities like pool and foosball, beds. Ski lockers are great. Underground parking nice. Cons: Not as clean as some other places I've stayed, I'm sure the crew rushes through, and neglects the floors the most. The big recliner in the den is a little out of place, old, cracked, and almost falls backwards when sit it. Hot tubs not that hot, don't have jets, just air bubbles, pool is cold even though supposed to be heated. Hot water in the unit non existent at night cause all other units using it up I guess. Overall it was a good stay, but the property could use an upgrade of the outdoor amenities (which is rare to find cause most places it's so hard to keep these things up with harsh winters) and ensure hot water in all units.

Perfect for our group
My partner, myself, and our friends stayed here for a snowboarding trip at Keystone (4 adults total). The trip was awesome and the property was amazing! Staying so close to the mountain made our time so much more enjoyable (no commuting with gear and no dressing awkwardly in the parking lot!). We even got a surprise bonus for staying at a Keystone property with early lift access on Friday. Mary’s Place was so nice to come back to for lunch or even a quick break in between runs. The space fit us perfectly and is nicely outfitted for preparing meals or just hanging out. The only thing that wasn’t advertised is the new construction happening next door, which changes the view (nothing we were concerned about). We booked a while ago, and I’m not sure if the property listing has been updated with that info or not, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. We could still see the mountain just fine and watch the Gondola running from the balcony! We’re already talking about returning and we’d definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great place to temporarily call home during our mountain adventure!

Everything as advertised
Would have given 5 stars (clean, comfortable, reasonable walk to Gondola) if not for personal sleep disruption by electronic light in MBR. We arrived found no internet connection; next day discovered cable disconnected from DISH; once plugged in, internet was fine; then that night I was awoken by the intensely bright light (to me) emitting from cable connector even when tugged behind dresser, had to cover it with thick sock booties to fall back asleep. I recognize electronic lights do not disturb sleep to everyone; but it appears I wasn’t the only one lost sleep from it (perhaps the previous renter disconnected the cable).

Great location (except for the construction next door)
Great place for a few days of skiing. Easy access to the gondola. Not huge but big enough to easily do the job for four adults. Had no hot water the first morning but was resolved later in the day. There's a huge construction site outside the windows (which we knew about in advance) you have to walk around to get to the gondola. There was some noise first thing in the morning, but again, not a huge impact. Overall, would stay here again.

Great spot!
We had a fabulous time, the location and property were great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is construction nearby, it would be nice if they waited until more like 8am to start (started around 7/7:30), but it didn’t affect us much. We would come again!

Great place for a family ski trip

Location is perfect!!!
This is second year we stayed at Mary’s location. Last year construction was going on in front of property, we were hoping it’s over by now but not, very little is progress. Every morning at 7 am construction workers start working. But to be honest, it’s didn’t bother us much. But if you have little kids, and they need to take a nap during day it’s can be a problem.

Great Vacation!
The apartment was super clean, well equipped and had very comfortable mattresses. Location is perfect- just a short walk to Gondola .... Pool and hot tubs were great after day of skiing.

Nice condo
Nice property super close to gondola lifts. Peppery is nice, beds were good, no complaints on pillows. Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. The only thing I wish I knew was that as it’s managed by keystone properties, they have a promotion that gives free lift tickets to kids depending on length of stay. Would have save me a decent amount of money had I have known this in advance. Condo is great tho.

Comfortable But…
We enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk but we were a bit confused that we had to pick up our keys from an entirely different location - fortunately we had rented a truck otherwise we would have been very inconvenienced. There was also a ton of construction going on right outside of our room. Perhaps the listing should be updated to reflect that because our view was obstructed and we were not able to utilize the bridge to walk into town which was inconvenient.

Cozy place with great location
Mary’s Place was conveniently located to the River Run Gondola as well as the shops/restaurants in the village. Laundry room, lobby, and elevator all close for easy access. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Box fans (we like the white noise) and humidifiers available for all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was nice and met all our needs. Being close to the gondola helped us carry our ski equipment with ease. We were disappointed with the obstructed view from the construction of the new condos. The master bath tub would not drain, so we had to use Drano to unclog it. The condo was clean, but the furniture, especially the coffee table was very dusty. We loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Overall, we were pleased with our 5 night stay.

Great location in Keystone, perfect for small family/group
The property description and pictures are accurate. The condo itself is a cozy but comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a great location. Scott is a very responsive host and provided great instructions. Initial check-in at the Keystone reception center was easy. Only negative is that there is construction going on right across the street in between the condo bldg and the River Run gondola, so pedestrian traffic was closed for direct access into River Run. It was no big deal, still a short walk but just took a few more minutes. Overall very pleased.

Not amazing just ok
Televisions did not work. Put in a “work order” the second day of our stay. No one ever showed up to fix them. VCR didn’t work either. Location was ok but there was a lot of construction right outside of our balcony which was loud and annoying.

Wonderful place to stay
I rate this place highly for the following reasons: 1. Location, locarion, location- it wasn’t walking distance to the River Run Gondala. Plus parking was included. 2. Size - this place big enough for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom was definitely a bonus! 3. Easy check in process 4. Responsiveness of the owner - he was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location!!
We loved our stay at your place in Keystone!! The condo had all the necessary equipment in kitchen for preparing meals , lovely bathrooms with plenty of space and nice soap/ lotions. The location is perfect , you can see out the window to the base of the gondola, a short walk. We loved not having to drive anywhere once settled in. A short walk to river run restaurants etc… We will come back!! Many thanks!

Amazing location!
We loved staying at Mary's Place! The location couldn't be more perfect and made getting to the slopes each day so easy. We loved enjoying the hot tub in the evening while our kids swam in the very warm pool. We got a little confused by the instructions for check-in and went to the wrong location to start but everything went smoothly once we figured that out.

Amazing location
We loved the location of the property. The floorplan and furniture set up was very functional and made the space feel so spacious. Loved that the walk to the lift was just a short walk and close the elevators. The condo was clean and had just what we needed. The only feedback I would like to provide is maybe better pillows/beds. Other than that, everything else about our stay was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Amazing location! Shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance along with a ski lift right out the front door. This place was spacious with plenty of room to cook and relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay with family and friends!

We absolutely love Mary’s place, our home away from home
We absolutely love staying in this condo! It’s in a great location, comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. Scott the owner it’s so easy to work with and responds quickly. We have stayed in this condo 6-7 times and will be back again.
