Thank you for your kind words- we absolutely love our views too. Winter the backyard is an ice rink & summer we enjoy watching the paddle boarder/ boats, canoes or kayaks Once even had 3 moose cross the lake. Never know what you can see!

Karly, Thanks for your kind words. We truly felt horrible that our cleaning crew was “almost done “ but were not bc they needed different sizes of sheets. You know I was frustrated & something I was glad we resolved in less than 1-1/2 hours but definitely isn’t the norm. I did find out our normal cleaner had called out so this one was doing their best but notes got messed up. Anyway we appreciated your understanding & so glad you all were able to enjoy your time in the mountains still. Sandra

Winters we have the lake as a 5 acre ice rink & summers it becomes a paddle board / boat, kayaks & canoes! I'm confused on this review on why we received only 4 stars. We are on Keystone Lake. It's a beautiful location. We do strive to market our property exactly as it is. Personally I can sit and and look out at the lake all winter when people are ice skating or summer when people are paddle boating or boarding.

While it's wonderful to ski at Keystone, for those who are experienced ski crew and want to try other locations - A-Basin, Cooper, Breck, Loveland Pass are all very close, then Vail, Beaver Creek, Winter Park are a longer drive but very doable for a day. Hello Gina and thank you for your stay. Our beds are what they are - most don't have an issue. Our housekeepers noticed an egg mattress cover that was left after your stay. We appreciated the donation to the condo. Thank you for staying with us.

Nicholas - thank you for your review and your thoughts on our location and what we stock the condo with. We try to keep a lot of extras stocked so people can enjoy it like we do there. Extra blankets, pasta, rice, can of soup or two, coffee, blender, cooking spices, more than dishes for 12, etc. We hope to see you and your crew back next year! Sandra

Heather, First of all - it was our pleasure to be able to host your family at our condo. We were glad your son did start feeling better and he didn't have to go get additional medical attention. While I'm not a medical professional - we do have some best practices we've helped friends / family through Altitude Sickness. My #1 recommendation is to always drink double the amount of water you are used too. However if anyone starts even a small headache take your favorite Asprin / Tylonel immediately. A small headache is often the start of Altitude Sickness. This seems to really help 99% of the visitors. Our shuttle has been a challenge for us this ski season as Vail hasn't been hiring enough drivers so the shuttles were being unreliable - I don't think that was your research but a Vail issue. Our HOA finally got another schedule just this last week (after your visit). They are trying to get their short staff issues resolved. We do expect this to be resolved soon. However I've posted the current shuttle schedule on the door, so hopefully this will help as well. We do hope you and your family can come back soon. Sandra

Julie, Thank you for recognizing we keep our kitchen and condo really stocked with things we like to enjoy. It seems to help us all feel more at home when we walk in the door. Our HOA has serviced the washers and the dryers. When we do laundry at the condo - I typically put the load in odd hours of the day, just so I don't have to worry about other people. Oh and the comment about our cleaners - due to covid and so many people left the resort area our cleaning company had struggled to keep good cleaners - however they have been much better once the summer season renters came back as well. We do keep a good variety of ice skates or hockey skates. The ice rink was what our boys always wanted to be around every time we used to fly in. Thank you Shelly for your kind words and yes you are right we spoke to the cleaning crew about the stove top. Apparently due to covid they were using a Clorox cleaner that left the streaks. Much appreciated you letting us know as their boss didn't realize it would leave streaks. Kinda funny but covid taught us a lot on how to clean everything not just once but twice in many cases.
