Very spacious. Great location with places to shop or eat in same building or just next door. 10-15 min easy walk to stores, restaurants and Gondola. We really appreciated the code to access instead of having to go to the office to get a key.

View of Keystone trails was breathtakingly beautiful from the condo.The location was perfect for our family of six. Less than 10 minute walk to the river run gondola We only gave the location 4 stars because the floors, blankets, bathroom rugs were in need of washing. The washer was broken for the first week of our stay and the kitchen light did not work for the first four days. It made cooking a challenge

Summer in Keystone

The property was a great size and great location for the price, especially for a three bedroom with king-size beds in two of them. We had a wonky issue with the door locks, but the management company was very accessible and responsive, and we resolved it amicably. Otherwise, the property offered easy access to great food options, and it was away from the summer crowds in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckinridge while still being close enough to those cities (and Buena Vista for white water rafting) that you don't miss out on anything they have to offer.

Great for our Ski trip

Great place with lots of space… large rooms and restrooms… perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Also we were pleased to find some space in the overflow parking areas for our extra vehicle

Spacious, Clean Condo

Great condo! One bedroom has a big balcony, king bed, shower/tub combo. Second bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Third bedroom is right off the living room with twin over full bunks. There’s a full 3rd bathroom in the hallway. Condo is located right next to the elevator so convenient when hauling ski gear! It’s spacious and very clean! A few notes (that don’t take away from how great the condo is)-if you’re staying more than a day or so, bring your own toiletries. There’s not much provided. The kitchen is stocked, but very lightly. Don’t plan on cooking a gourmet meal, but we cooked full meals every night with no issues. The bus picks up right at the condo and it’s the last stop before river run, so getting to the mountain is very easy! But coming home takes a long time with all the stops. We chose to walk, but it is about a half mile from the base of the gondola to the condo. There is a heated pool and hot tub, but it is indoors. Communication with property manager was great and check-in/out was very simple.

Outperformed the pics and recent reviews

We were party of five. Unit presented better in person that the pictures. Plenty of space. Unit does have washer/dryer which doesn’t show in pictures. Checkin was easy and underground parking in basement was nice. Easy .5 mile walk to river run Gondola or can take shuttle if the timing works out. There is stop at entrance to lobby. Decent ski locker area on lobby level. We had keystone sports door to door delivery right to the lobby. The only negative condition we found with the unit was that the ski locker had a malfunctioning lock. However, you need code to get into the building itself and also a code to get into ski locker room so it still felt secure. All bedding, mattresses and furniture was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Little convenience grocery off the lobby for forgotten items/beverages. Hard to find a better value for your dollar during ski season.

Bad Experience with Property Management Company

This property ended up having bed bugs so we weren't able to stay here. The property management company contacted us in advance of our stay to move us to another unit (understandable given the circumstances). Our interactions with the property management company were not pleasant - so much so that we will go out of our way to avoid renting any properties that use Summit County Mountain Retreats ever again. To make a long story short they are a hot mess. We interacted with at least five employees and all were consistently hard to work with. The company tried to hide their contractual obligations and tried really hard to not follow through on them. It took lots of phone calls and emails to get everything sorted out and they still ended up overcharging us. So if you rent through them make sure you read the entire contract before signing anything. Print it out and be prepared to read it to them if you have any issues whatsoever. Unless you can point out the specific paragraph you are referring you to they won't honor it. After we moved to the unit in Keystone we did end up staying in the company was fine. I cannot rate the actual unit described here since we weren't able to stay due to the bedbug infestation. I know they were working on fixing that problem so I assume that will be okay. I won't stay here in the future solely based on the management company.

Great quiet place to relax and enjoy the scenery and climb some trails.

The property was as expected and photographed. The balcony's were quite small and needed 2 more chairs for the balcony off the master suite. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans, so plug in fans had to be used. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. The location was close to many fun things and shopping. Wish we had a chance to use the grill and table by the pool for a cookout, but time was limited. Would love to return next year for more than 4 days. Barbara-Jean

great stay after a day in Breckenridge

My oldest friends and I enjoyed our evening in your condo in Keystone after a day in Breckenridge. The only complaint we have is that the coffee provided was like what you get in a cheap hotel, and there was no creamer . Thank goodness for the coffee shop in the plaza the condo was in! Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen!

Perfect Location!!

Perfectly clean and perfect location for skiing and relaxing. Beautiful view of Keystone slopes right from the living room!! Would highly recommend this place. Beware you may be bombarded with emails and texts re: check-in, check-out, etc. 😜 I think they try to be so fancy with their procedures and tech, that they over complicate things a little bit. But the place itself is amazing! That’s all that really matters!!

Great apartment with a nice view

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was almost perfect. There was a problem with the heating that we were not able to adjust and it was too warm so we ended up opening the windows to sleep. The TV also had an issue that it only worked when we added the commentary - otherwise there was no sound. Other than these two issues it was exactly what we needed!

Awesome mountain Keystone condo

Our group of six loved the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo at Gateway 5015, the 3rd bedroom with bunk, slightly smaller than expected, but overall still a 5 rating! Loved the 2 balconies, liked that front door very close to elevator, loved the basement parking, no steps to deal with. Kitchen was stocked with salt pepper and spices and all the knives pans and bowls you need. Beds were comfortable. Could see them needing to replace the furniture in living area in the future. sturdy table and chairs for dining that we used often. Nice refrigerator with ice maker, grill area was nice to use and outside eating area. Pool was too cold to swim for most, hot tub was good. We would love to come back here!
