Great neighborhood
We love this area of Keystone and enjoyed riding our bikes to the village. The garage makes storing bikes convenient. Three bedrooms was also a plus and the home was very clean. The hot tub is also very close to the home. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Much needed getaway
This property was just as described and pictured. We loved our stay and would book again. The only suggestion would be some sort of sun filtering coverings over the living room area as the afternoon sun is both blinding and hot.

Keystone condo
Very nice property. The only suggestion would be shades in the den as sunshine is intense in the late afternoons. Overall a very nice place I would consider again. Just down the street to the lifts and bus stop is close if you don't want to use auto's.

Spacious Home in Keystone
My family of four, including my 2 teenage children, spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it. House was roomy and exactly as pictured. Property Management was very responsive to my needs. City Market and other stores are about a 10 minute drive from the home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and think it could be even better if: 1) The kitchen supplies/utensils were more robust. While the house does come stocked with the usual pots, plates, and flatware, it is limited in the number of pots and matching lids, could benefit from a toaster oven (has a toaster) and additional flatware. 2) Also would like to have had a swifter wet/dry mop made available, especially for those with extended stay. The front of the house is gravel and while we removed our shoes once inside the house, the floors tend to get dusty fast, especially since we kept our windows opens during the day. 3) renters could control the heating system. While we turned the heat down to as low as it could go, invariably, the heat somehow always run at night. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. If we return to Keystone, we would rent this place again.

Great stay!
We loved the condo! Loved the living room and all the light from the windows! (Just wished there were window treatments for nighttime as it felt cold, not homey). Location was perfect since we had a car. All 4 of us thought the beds were too hard. We found a sleep number type remote for king bed but it didn’t not change the firmness. Also, the ice at the front porch was scary.

Perfect for Families
We shared this property with another family, in total there were 4 adults and 4 kids. The space was perfect. There was much more storage than you usually find in a VRBO (hooks, drawers, bathroom shelving), which was very helpful. The location was also ideal, as it was an easy 5 minute walk to the shuttle.

Beautiful, great location
We had a blast in this beautiful rental. There were 4 adults and 4 children with plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs decor is beautiful and cozy. Our kids walked to the hot tub that is as just behind our patio. Communication with the management via phone or text was really good. We were 4 min drive from the gondola which we loved. We had a blast!

Hiking and Relaxing
Great property for rest and relaxation. We did extensive hiking in the area and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Jacuzzi was an added plus fire sure.

Fabulous condo
The living area was so open and bright with a beautiful view. All of the appliances were top line. All beds were super comfortable. Private garage was wonderful as it rained while we were there. It was a very quiet location for a summer retreat. Easy access to hiking and other resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

Deflated Master Bed and Gas Leak
I waited a few weeks to write my review to see if we could resolve the issues we encountered while staying at this property, but ultimately we were not able to come to a resolution. My parents, husband, and infant baby booked this property to stay to have a "nice" place to stay for my sister's wedding weekend. Unfortunately, upon our Friday evening arrival, the master bed was completely sunken and unusable, so my elderly parents had to sleep in the bunk beds (the night before their daughter's wedding). We emailed maintenance team that evening, but it was late so we did not get a response that evening. They responded the next day and had the maintenance team come over and identify that the issue was that the bed needed to be inflated (an inflatable bed is not exactly what we perceived as "nice"). Once that was resolved, we noticed there was a gas smell, and we were unable to use the kitchen oven for the remainder of the weekend. This was highly inconvenient as we were planning to use the oven to make breakfast for the wedding party the morning after the wedding. It was also very concerning having our infant baby sleep with a gas leak. When trying to resolve the issue and get a refund, the company insisted that a refund of $75 (of our over $800 booking) would be fair and they wanted me to sign a waiver saying that by accepting the $75 was acknowledging that this was fair compensation (they also said it would take up to 30 days to receive the $75). This obviously did not compensate us for the large inconveniences, so I declined the offer. We will not be rebooking with this company ever again.

Absolutely Perfect
This has by far been one of the best condos we have ever booked. As soon as we walked it, we fell in Love. Its absolutely Beautiful. It feels like a Home. Its perfect for Families. The rooms and beds are really comfortable! We had 3 Adults and 2 Children. The scenery is stunning. I also Loved how quite it was. If I were to suggest anything, it would be roll down blinds for living area. The Sun beams through which is beautiful, however when your trying to sit by the fire and watch a Movie, you can hardly watch the movie, bc of the glare from the windows. Other then that, it was Perfect. We would Stay here again and again!!!

Great condo, great location.
We were very happy with the condo. It was very accessible to the ski shuttle. There are two shuttle busses for this complex, so it just depends which one you are closer to, as to which one you use. Tons of space in this condo. Nice big Master, then a bunk room and a guest room. Very well stocked kitchen. The management company is super responsive and communicate often. The only issue we had was the ice maker wasn't working and the ice trays had no ice in them. (it was a temporary problem.)

Loved it so much, I’d be interested in renting this property again!
Loved this property and the location. The decor was perfect for a ski tip townhouse. Communication was stellar. I’d love to go back and bring my whole family! My kids would love the bunk beds and tv for movies. Great place! Highly recommended.

Nice place but poor customer service
The place was beautiful. Shortly before we arrived we were told the washer and dryer wasn't working. Rather than offering us a different place or a discount on the price they made note I didn't think we would need it. Another staff I spoke with said they usually comp for not providing all the amenities and he would make a note to ask the supervisor. When I followed up on this I was told they would not comp us, and if we needed they would open up yet another unit to give access for laundry (not convenient). Per the contract they indicated they would comp for lack of amenities advertised.

Felt like Home
The property was amazing. We were here in August '20 and would love to see the place all over in snow in the winter some time. Having a full kitchen helped cut costs, as we made many meals with all the included necessities. The bedrooms were cozy, our two littles (10, 12) loved the bunk and our two teens (15, 17) fit together on the queen. The master bed is huge and took a little tinkering to get the SleepNumber set just right for each of us. It is a short drive outside of Dillon which is perfect as you rarely hear any vehicles, just the sound of nature sitting out on the back patio. This is a place to make memories and we hope to be back soon.

Nice place, Nice area
Everything was nice. Just had to do a lot of cleaning when we got there. The dishes were all dirty, and the grill had what looked to be old chicken stuck to the grates. I went to turn the grill on to try to burn it off and both propane tanks were empty. (they did come right over and bring a new one about an hour later) With the new tank I turned it on and let it get hot and then grabbed the scraper and it had no bristles left on it to scrub with. The King bed was rock hard. The queen bed felt smaller than a queen. The last thing was the hot tub being closed. That was the whole reason we picked this condo, and then a week before we went, they sent out emails that they were closing them. I understand it, but it still put a damper on the trip. But other than that the place was great.

Covid Family Getaway
Spent two nights here in June with family. The property is spacious and seems well kept. The big table (both inside and out) makes for nice family dinners. The beds were comfortable. There was some trash (a half-empty water bottle, floss, etc.) under couch pillows and chairs like some things get cleaned around, but overall was mostly clean. The back deck is a nice spot for relaxing and feels more isolated than it is. The property is easy to get to. When I had questions, the property managers responded quickly and helped me figure out my confusion.

Great location and beautiful great room
We very much enjoyed our stay in Keystone. The great room is amazing with the beautiful wall of windows. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The white carpet has seen some wear and the grill was covered in metal grill bristles - making it unsafe to use.

Fantastic, cozy place!
This was a wonderful property for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). It was well located - about 5 minutes from Mountain House and 2 minutes from River Run. It was clean and well stocked! They have several kids' books, so no need to pack any for your little ones. The only issue was a sagging mattress in the master bedroom. The management company was informed and they responded to my text message almost immediately. Hopefully, they will replace it for a better sleeping experience. Even given this issue, we managed to really enjoy the home from the large dining table for family dinners, cooking in the kitchen to the easy parking (huge bonus!). I appreciated all the communication prior to check-in. Oh, the only other wish is that check-out time was at 11am instead of 10. It just made for a hectic morning with getting kids ready to ski, eat breakfast and pack up. That extra hour would have been really helpful, especially on a Sunday!

Great location
Easy 1 mile drive from condo to River Run parking lot. 2 parking spaces was nice since we had two vehicles for 5 adults and 2 children. Shuttle bus right around corner if you don’t want to drive. Clean, spacious condo. Wouldn’t recommend more than 7 people for unit. Overall, great experience.
