Loved the location and proximity to the gondola, summit express lift chair and River Run village! The condo had all the essentials and a wonderful Mountain View from the hot tub!Enjoyed our morning coffee in front of the fire and beautiful views of the mountains.The private balcony was great! Our family of 4 had the right amount of space for our 5 night vacation!!! Loved Keystone!!

Everything about the place was great; we had issues checking in as my phone number was incorrect, and so we did not receive text messages...also, the two big burners on the stove did not work, we called in concern but did not hear back from maintenance on the situation, so we could not boil water for pasta, other than, everything was great, great location, great condo overall!

Quick Get-A-Way before School Starts

This was our first time staying in Keystone and would highly recommend this condo and this area. The heated pool and hot tubs were great in the evening and we loved walking to the near by village for dinner or frozen yogurt! We also loved walking over to the gondolas/ski lifts to go up the mountain and lucked out and got to go tubing this late in the summer! We also really liked the view from the deck and windows in the unit and it was great to have fans onsite. The only recommendation we'd have is to upgrade the toilet paper and Kleenex to a higher quality, but that's the ONLY thing we could think to recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Red Hawk Lodge Ski in/out short walk to Gondola/lift

This condo was just perfect for our family of 6. The condo is in walking distance to the Gondola lift where we were ready at the lift every morning at 8:15am. The condo was super clean and well equipped for everything we needed for sleeping and cooking etc. Beds super comfy, pull out couch also super comfy. Balcony was awesome to hang after a long day on the slopes to have a hot chocolate and watch the people passing by. The 2 hot tubs & heated pool was the best at the end of a long day. The village is also in walking distance which is awesome with tons of restaurant options which also has a grocery/liquor store! We loved Keystone and Red Hawk Lodge sooooo much!!! I can't forget to mention the most fun of all for our adult kids which is the fun gathering area on the 1st floor with a huge table for card games, a pool table TV with movies and fuss ball. We were down there every night!!! Thank you to the housekeeping staff. They were great as well.

The check in box needs to be better labeled. It says if your unit does not end in 9 then enter code sent. I did this 3 times, waited half hour and then reentered only not to have code work. Called management numbers listed and got a message saying would return my call next day. My sis in law figured out to try other check in box, we got the packet, and a phone call. It took me hours to finally get checked in. The unit itself and location are very nice!Easy access to locker, gondola, hot tub, etc.

Ideal getaway

We used the property for our son’s birthday. He and his older brother are avid snow boarders and they were able to easily walk to the gondola/lift. The property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone interested.

Just what we needed!

The location couldn't have been better. We were a five minute walk away from the gondola and another minute further were all the shops and restaurants at Keystone resort. The condo was cozy, but the beds were comfortable, the couch was great and the view off the balcony was beautiful. The heat was a little aggressive. We ended up turning it off and opening the windows for the entire stay. Would definitely stay there again though.

Terrific Location!!

This property was as advertised and was a great fit for our family of four. The location only a short walk from the gondola was terrific and the covered parking and ski locker was an added bonus. The morning views were beautiful with the sun rising over the snow capped mountains. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

Loved the location! The only issue was the check in situation. Having to go to a management office and then having to go back for the correct parking pass was time-consuming. Also we asked to check in early if the room was ready and they charged us extra per hour for the additional 45 min.

Great place to stay near ski slopes

Within walking distance to the Keystone River Run gondola. Clean and had enough kitchen gadgets to cook a meal. We enjoyed our stay. Just FYI that there was a lot of construction when we were there so getting in and out of the garage was difficult sometimes.

Tired unit

The condo unit has original flooring, carpet, appliances which are 20 plus years old. Microwave was all mangled and beds extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. Only positive is location. Also HOA is not taking care of interior of the building. Carpets ripped and frayed. Hot tub had numerous missing tiles. Just worn, old and not kept up.

"Amazing stay at a top notch Keystone property! The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the gondola and the main village, with stunning snow covered mountains views. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and both the owner and property manager were excellent in their communication. Our December vacation experience had the look and feel like of a storybook Christmas Village. Can't recommend this place enough!"
